I placed an order for pickup due to limited time. I waited an hour before I passed by the store to see if my order was ready. I walked in and 4 staff members were talking to each other and on their phones. I had to go get my own items and check out my own order. Disappointed in what I thought would be convenience, only to find a complete lack of self awareness by staff.

Whats the purpose of the curbside pick up if no one comes out with 5 to 7 minutes. After waiting about seven minutes i went inside to pick my stuff up

I love this Ulta because of the great staff! I go out of my way to frequent this location, even though there is another Ulta closer to my home. Shout out to Nicole, Ox and Jeanell. You are all rockstars!

I came into Ulta Salon Eagan for what I thought was going to be a simple trim, the stylist Hannah is an Absolute WIZZARD with the SCISSORS every cutt so clean as if she was was cutting butter off my small head . I would highly recommend this salon to anyone in the Eagan Area !!!

Super helpful! I went in there to pick up an item that I called and asked them to put on hold, but decided to look around and got some good help while looking around, and when the price for my hold item was more in store than online, they were easily able to price match. Would be glad to come back here again.

The staff at this store is so nice and really helpful. They helped me find the right shade foundation even though they were about to close. The young woman who helped me match the MAC Radiance Serum foundation tonight went above and beyond and the cashier who checked me out was super friendly.

Being a "mature" women, I took a leap and walked into Ulta-Eagan location. Never having been there, I didn't know where to start.I was greeted by Grace asked for her to help me pick out the right kind of concealer and nighttime moisturizer. She was so patient and explained everything to me. She was so kind and helpful I just wanted to say thank you...one more time!
