Heard one of your employees, Zach refer to an African American’s hair as “nappy” when trying to describe a customer. Using a derogatory term towards Black people while servicing other black people. Not a good look. Will not be coming back.

I never received my items as the address was wrong. When I noticed the address was wrong before it was shipped. They refuse to change the address or request the package back from FedEx/ UPS . I contacted True Religion several times and they refused to refund me my money or replace my items. I will never buy from them again

We went and the doors were locked while other customers were inside. The employee popped her head out and said she needs a ten minute break. We came back after going to a different store about 25 minutes later and the doors were still locked. She looked at us knocking on the door and proceeded to walk to the back room. Rude.
