“My Prius had a noise which was noticeable when driving over 40mph and got louder when turning right. Southdale Firestone in Edina near my house misdiagnosed it as front suspension replacement $1600, which was done and the noise was still there. Next was a BP gas station shop on hamline and grand in St. Paul diagnosed it as a defective transmission and recommended replacing it with a new one. They said it has a CVT transmission and continued to tell me that cvt stood for constant velocity transmission. I don’t know too much about transmission but I do know cvt stands for continuously variable transmission. I ofcourse didn’t go with there recommendation and decided to get a diagnostic from Richfield transmission. They were upfront about there diagnostic fee and were efficient in finding the root cause. Turns out it was the right front wheel bearing. Replaced it and no more noise. Thank you Richfield transmission for doing an excellent job.”
“Our fuel pump was out was going to get my vehicle fixed yet my significant other went and said no he wantwd to do it himself. we didn't end up having them work on our truck and with all the hassle I feel thankful they didn't charge for the spare vehicle they let me use and we're very understanding when it was a holiday and with my health problems wasn't able to get car back prior to them closing due to a doctor appointment. I would have to say they are very friendly and have wonderful employees. Thanks for making that mishap not stressful and being great to customers I will totally go back if I need work and will suggest them to anyone.”

“We’ve used Flanery’s three times now. The first to listen to a noise and ultimately have an old heat plate taken off, the second to get rear brakes replaced and then today, to borrow a portable jump starter for my husband’s car. No charge to borrow it (not even a name/number/form- just trust!), no charge for the heat plate removal…they legit feel like neighborhood dads I call whenever one of our cars does something funny. They’ll help for free when they can and they did great work at a good price when we got the brakes done.
