Washed my Suburban in the soft touch wash today. Paid 16.00 the back half of the suburban was still dirty and the dry is a joke. Be smart and find somewhere else to get a car wash

I have visited this car wash in Eagan several times every year. I like the touchless wash. There’s usually no waiting on a weekday which is nice. Reasonable prices. I had an issue with payment years ago and management honored my triple payment.

Why do you hold $15 per transaction?? That's insane!! The wash area was clean and well kept, but if you're going to hold $30 for 2 transactions, I'll go to Paradise next time. That's absolutely ridiculous!

If this is how you treat customers, you should know I will *never* be back! The attitude you displayed in your response is very disrespectful. I refuse to do business with any company that treats me or any customer like this.

Touchless was broken. Decided to use bay 3. All good until I tried to use the dryer. Hose was cut. I went to bay 4. Tried the dryer. The handle was broken, and air was just coming out every which way. Wasted my time and money on bay 4. Needs better equipment maintenance.
Edit: I appreciate the response. Guess I just had bad timing. Will have to try again another time.

One of the worst I have been to.paid $16 for a car wash,didn't spray the under body didnt wash the back end(tailgate). & When I pulled out from the bay went to the vacuum & those didn't work.never again! I give this place a two thumbs down,I wish I had more thumbs.

I have loved this carwash.
But...I have communicated about both a wash not working and, then, an overcharge and have not received any response. I am suprised because they have been very responsive in the past.
I hope this isn't a sign the business is won't be maintaining their high level of service any longer.

After a week or so of having my first membership here , I’ve run into more problem's with than I’ve ever had with either my Holiday or Mister Car Wash memberships. It took the first 3 washes here to actually clean my truck. Then twice I have scanned my QR code from the app and nothing happened- the door wouldn’t open. One wash it actually stopped working in the middle of it. I had to drive into the self service bay to finish cleaning my truck. This is only in a matter of a week. Now this is only about the wash itself. Twice when I had a problem, staff was in scene and was professional and friendly about the issue and made it right. That’s why I gave it 2 stars instead of one. I would recommend another place

Terrible service, I washed the car today, February 2, and it was dirty... there is no office where you can file a claim... there is a phone number and it is an answering machine... I don't recommend it... I give it zero stars but for To be able to publish you have to qualify.
