On Black Friday sale, I asked for an associate to help me. I really want to buy this Coat that I've been looking for, but it was defected. She's not even put any effort to help me and just said "Oh we don't have anymore stock at the back" and l've been waiting for 20 minutes and got lucky to get help from Linda "I asked her and she look at the defected coat and she said "I think we have a a lot of stock of this Coat at the back" She just took 5 minutes to help me. I'm so frustrated with that associate because she's not really do anything and not even put any effort to help customer. And to wonderful Linda, I really appreciate your help! ?

It's really sad how pathetic Tommy Hilfiger's styles have become since covid. I have bought Hilfiger for over 15 years and they used to be colorful, great style, some of the better polos you could buy! They've become blah since then and I can't believe they haven't made a comeback yet. They have lost so much business from me. It makes me sad!

I recently visited this store and was thoroughly impressed. Their collection is exceptional, offering a wide range of fashionable apparel. The quality of their garments is top-notch, with meticulous attention to detail. The staff, in particular an amazing manager named Al, provided exceptional customer service, offering personalized styling advice. The store is well-organized and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. With reasonable pricing, Tommy is a must-visit. Highly recommend!!!

I had an incredible shopping experience at the Tommy Hilfiger store in the Eagan Outlet Mall! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff members. The store was well-organized and had a wide selection of stylish clothing and accessories to choose from. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the products and provided excellent suggestions based on my preferences. The quality of the clothing was top-notch, and the prices were very reasonable, especially considering it's a designer brand. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and left the store feeling satisfied and excited about my purchases. Wide collection. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Insanely low prices for several items in the winter collection. You should consider joining their rewards program for an extra 20% off the lowest price. Highly recommend to shop their if you need some winter jackets.

It’s annoying going to a store and online it has it closes at 8 and u come at 7 and they door says they close at 6 change your hours
