They made me feel VERY uncomfortable. Followed me around the store until I left. They were asking me questions as if they were police officers. What shoes are in my bag, ect.

Rude, fake, lazy, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior of the store manager Rachel. And the upper management her name is Ryan West. Super racist people working there. They don’t like people of colored backgrounds. Don’t like LBGTQ people. Plus most of the workers there are liberals. How?? 0/5. DO BETTER. Respect people!!! Be a good person. Not just fake it. Sad.

BEWARE- you’ll feel weird coming in as a Black person. There’s been too many experiences from me & my friends. They follow you around pretending to work & will ask if you’re buying anything. And The manager Al is openly racist. The regional managers really need to clean house here

I hadn't been to a Tilly's before. My son wanted to stop in for some clothes. I would compare this to a Hot Topic store. They have a lot of clothes and novelty tee shirts. The staff were friendly and attentive even though it was during Covid and masks were required. They seem to have a lot of Hurley stuff. My son found a few things that he liked including a couple hats. It was very busy. There were lines out the front of the stores that were too busy. They can be found at the Eagan Outlet Mall. Enjoy!

Interactions with employees have been tragic. Most recently the dude who helped me today was not only unfriendly but the most monotones person I've very met. Not worth shopping here while there is other athletic stores near by.

We shopped on Black Friday and even though the store was slammed we received excellent service!! Everywhere we turned there was someone asking if we needed assistance! This in turn had me buying more and appreciating the great service! When we checked out, the young man noticed I had the coupon book sticking out of my purse and offered an even further discount!! Great job Under Armour!! You know how to take care of customers!
