Lindsey and I can’t speak highly enough of Joelle! She took great care of Kai every grooming appointment we had. Unfortunately we have moved 5 hours away but will always try to book an appointment at the Pet Spa when we know we will be in town. What a wonderful business Vikki runs and highly recommend bring your furry friend here. Thank you soooo much Joelle!!!

Heather and her team are our favorites! I have big dogs, so trimming their black nails myself is anxiety inducing and best left to the professionals. Everyone here is professional, personable, and perceptive to how the dogs are feeling. 10/10 recommend!

I love this place! Vicki is just the best. She loves our ragdolls just as if they were hers. I trust her and the her staff and know that our cats are in good hands.

They do not answer their phones or return calls. I guess because they are busy enough and don’t need and more business must be nice. There are quite of few other places that would be glad to take your business. They are not accepting new clients. Too bad because I was given their name as a good place to go.Could you please maybe put in website that you are not accepting new clients and if you are in the future that it is noted on your site. I tried for two days to get ahold of someone and finally went to voicemail saying that there is no new clients.

This place has been nothing but great with us especially with us having a very anxious scared dog that isn’t the easiest but then the last 6 months or more haven’t been great. They don’t answer their phones and I leave messages that they don’t bother to even respond to which is extremely frustrating because now I’m forced to put her under anesthesia just for a nail cutting because no one in the area will cut her nails but you guys. Very disappointing

This is an excellent place to take your pet. They know how to style your pet as if you were going to take them to get top price at a pet show. If you have an option to take them anywhere take them here.
