I went to jewelry exchange at the Eagan location which I’ve been going to for 20 years. I was looking for a new gold chain and Jaleece greeting me with a wonderful smile and asked how my day was going and she made me feel completely while I shopped around and she was so knowledgeable about all the jewelry they had and she was willing to go up and beyond to help me and left with a new Cuban link chain and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I should of listened;) it look so much better. ?

My fiancé and our daughter went to jewelry exchange to look for my wedding ring. And Amir was the person who helped us and we are super impressed and grateful that we had him as our ring helper:). We made a purchase from him and we walk out feeling we made the right choice on my ring. We couldn’t be happier. i called ahead to see if they sell small diamonds. the man said yes and even confirmed with his manager they sell them. a few days later, I drove a very long distance to get there and they said they have them but won't sell them to me! UNBELIEVABLE!! steer clear of this place! truly They don't know what's going on!
