Friendly staff and very clean store. Plenty of parking. Staff was helpful in locating items. They have a good selection of items on clearance all over the store. If you download the app as i did, I got 30% off on my whole purchase. Now I did come across items that the peg said was like $3.00 but rang up $5.00 like the tongs. Make sure to use the app scanner to scan all your items and take pictures to show proof of peg price. They took care of it at the register. My shampoo Nexxus was $15.99, and I got it and conditioner each for $11.19 each. Overall, i saved just under $40.00. Download the app! Thank you, Target, here in Eagan, Minnesota. I enjoyed my shopping trip to your store.

Despondent checkout person who lets you know she does not want to be there.
Capitulating to the Orange Autocrat and eliminating DEI means Target no longer deserves our purchasing power.

Need something? Good luck. The only help you get here is the woman at the self checkouts who stands 4ft behind everyone watching their checkout screens, yelling what to do on it from 4 feet away as well, without even saying hi. Sorry were you talking to me? Hard to tell. In customer service I learned to ask the customer if they need any help, not to boss them around on a self-checkout screen when it’s neither of our jobs anyways. Sorry but it had to be said. It’s a horrible experience here every single time, and I’ve seen racial profiling behaviors amongst the team members.

Edited review.... loved target until using their "convenient" drive up that takes 45 mins to get your order out. And if you know it's busy from 3-6 STAFF MORE PEOPLE. Target corporations make plenty of money so PAY FAIR WAGES SO YOU CAN HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES.

This location is THE WORST for drive up orders. I sat outside with about 14 other vehicles today for an HOUR. Eventually gave up and just went inside..

They hire anyone here. The cart guy parked his machine in front of my car instead of an empty spot and didn’t take ownership. Bare minimum at targets

Never fails, each time I pick up my order each one of the employees I interact with have a genuine smile and a welcoming attitude. It was crazy busy when I walked in. The customer service desk was piled sky high, and a crabby customer on top of that. Those people working that desk took that person's bs and helped me right off. Took maybe 2 minutes to come back out with my order. Thanks to all the employees at this location

I called this Target to see if they still had something in stock. They never picked up the phone i called them multiple times at different times and they never answered. They did pick up the phone one time but then hung up right away. Called different departments and not a single one would answer their phone.
