I love Target! It's probably my favorite store. They always have a large selection of cute and trendy things I want for low prices. Target is my go-to for health and beauty products, soda, and sometimes clothes and shoes too. I love that this Target also has a Starbucks inside. Two of my fav stores rolled into one. Service is always fast and usually friendly. But I still try to use self checkout as much as possible since I can get in and out so quickly and conveniently. I applied for the Target Red Card solely for the 5% discount. It all adds up over time. I also use the Target app to look for "Target Circle" offers. Sometimes they even have a 20% off your purchase, so it's always worth to check. I don't usually use the store pick up option, but I reflect on the days I had little ones in car seats and wished so badly for that service. I'm glad it's here for Moms and Dads today; they probably don't know how good they have it.

Close by and regular target. Wish they had more ppl working in counters. I see huge lines at self checkouts and counters are often closed.

Customer service is not a consideration at this store It's very frustrating to stand at the customer service desk for 5-10 minutes and have staff pass you without any kind of greeting or acknowledgement. I guess when you penetrate a market so completely you can relax your standards with customers. Waited a long time just to be told you're out of the product I was waiting for (carbonation canisters). Prompt service is a base expectation. I'm done with target, this type of thing has become the expectation along with rude staff. No reason to go in the store when I can order online from a company with actually good shipping (not you guys) and bypass your store entirely.

I came here to buy an item and I saw it was labeled for a cheaper price. And there was a lot of it. So I took a picture of the area. I got excited because I thought I could stock up. I grabbed three and waited at the self checkout. It rang up at a different price , and I thought, "oh, maybe it's not updated or something". The screen didn't even let me request for help so I had to call the staff person over and I felt like a dick doing so. They called over someone over the walkie to check the price. And I thought okay cool it's not like I hadn't taken the picture of the product. I had showed the employee but I guess they wanted to double check. Only for them to say it's a different price. And I felt they were talking to me like I had done something wrong and their words just felt like they distrusted me. I felt like crying and I just wanted to leave. I regretted even coming to the store in the first place...I wanted to just leave but I waited in that line for a while. I was told it was probably labeled wrong. But even it that was the case, any other target would have honored the price , since I had proof of how it was labeled when I was as there. She has such a "sorry, it is what it is" attitude. I would like to avoid this target as much as possible from now on. Happy shopping I guess.

I passed by this Target to get to Emagine Eagan. I was curious and stopped by after visiting a few places in the area. There was lots of parking available. I backed into a parking spot and walked in. When you walk into this Target, the washrooms are a sharp right. I didn't notice them until after I had finished my shopping. The women's washroom was clean and nicely maintained. This Target also has a Starbucks. There's a small flower section in front of it in case you miss the cafe. I didn't have anything to buy coming here. Naturally, I ended up with a couple of items. The shoe section stands out. There were so many women's size 11 shoes and boots that I was ecstatic! They looked comfortable and fashionable, at decent prices. I ended up getting a bracelet for my friend's birthday this month. At the time, my thought was to take her out for dinner and give her this bracelet. Little did I know that Ontario would go under lockdown whatever that we are at now. I'll need to figure out how to get her gift to her, but at least I got her a lovely bracelet that I hope she'll like. I nearly got one for myself, but I have way too many! The puzzle and game section is cool. I liked the R2-D2 Lego set, but it was a whopping $200 dollars! I ventured into the food section. Heavenly and deadly! If you don't have a ton of time to make dinner, there are meal kits to help you out. There were also snack trays that looked yummy. I managed to pick up a carton of Silk almond beverage. I like that it was deemed extra creamy, but without any sugar. I headed to the checkout to pay for my items. I had a nice woman help me out. I paid with a credit card. It was easy. I thanked her, grabbed my purchases, and headed out the door. This Target is smaller in size, likely because it seemed like an older store. However, it had everything I needed and I felt far more comfortable finding what I needed compared to getting lost at a huge store. It's a good Target in my books. (19)

I like how the pharmacy is to the left and in front as you walk in. I needed a pulse oxymeter and they had it. Customer service for paying a bill was great. Lots of young, friendly staff. I love how this is located just to the right as you get off the Cliff Rd. exit.

Do not go to this Target, worst customer service I've ever experienced....the manager on duty was rude and extremely unhelpful and told me to go find another store to return a product to... extremely disappointing coming from a family with a Target HQ employee so we know this wouldn't be acceptable with Targets values and guest first mantra

Just moved to Eagan this summer (2019) and went to this location and felt miserable walking in. Such a small outdated location with no deli/ fresh meats/ and very small selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Then came a remodeling effort by Target and went back and very little has changed. Still no grocery selections at all. Better options close. Will not visit this location again.

I am typically a fan of target. I love going shopping there because their employees are always super friendly and help me out. Today I went into target, I will never shop at this target again while Paul is working here. He was unbelievably rude and I all I had was a simple question. He seemed as if he hated his job and his coworkers. He had a terrible work attitude and I didn't appreciate it.

They only take 1 manufacture coupon even when the manufacture is the one offering coupons. They state one price to pick up at store but in the store the price is higher. Paul the manager is a joke. Anyway won't be shopping at Target ever again.

I live in Eagan and have shopped at this Target since it opened. I like this store because it's smaller and less crowded. However, recently (the last few months) I have noticed that shelves remain empty for days at a time. I'm not sure when they stock the shelves but I went last Monday and again today (Saturday) and the same shelves are empty. I hate to have to go somewhere else but they need to make some changes.

Everyone knows Target. Our experiences are going to be pretty much the same. The young lady at the Cafe and the the other in Cosmetics were super-nice to me! I appreciate good customer service, especially when I've walked past exactly what I was looking for in the first place. The Cosmetics associate didn't make me feel like an idiot when she pointed out where I wanted to go and I exclaimed, "oh, I went past it already?". Just remember to use actual cashiers in the store when you're checking out so that the company HAS to continue to employ humans.

Other people don't seem to like this target due to its size. But that is the reason that I like this target. It doesn't take me forever to walk from one end to the other. It has good selection for its size and I can get most things I need from there. HOWEVER, recently I have noticed a continual problem about the freshness of their food. Many times I grab something only to notice (sometimes after I purchase) that the food or drink is expired. This is a very common occurrence. I rarely see workers ever looking at the expiration dates so this is something that management needs to work on. Just beware though to check the expiration dates on all the food!!

This Target is fairly aged. It is a older smaller Target that added food and it is packed with limited items. I think they have a good selection but a bit restricted due to the size. There is nothing negative about this place other than the small size. Enjoy shopping Target.
