TA Dedicated is a very good company to work. They have a lot of accounts across the States. The only negative about working in TA Dedicated in California that management has lack of Professionalism and Communication. Low engagement and morale has made this toxic atmosphere to the drivers. Favoritism is one thing, management speaks about that all drivers all equall when Favoritism still happening in the yard. Drivers should be allowed to get an annual survey for management performance. Working in TA Dedicated is an opportunity and I hope that the company see us drivers as valued family to this company. Not just numbers.

Racism still exists in this day and age. When you allow a Caucasian dispatcher to openly show favoritism to Caucasian employees, there becomes an issue.

My Husband works for TA Dedicated and after over 30 yrs of incident free driving he was Grounded today after he missed 2 of his safety tests online! REALLY!!! It is an absolute disgrace and it was due to the system messing up that he couldn't take them, and instead of getting with Infite 1 and trying to resolve the matter they just GROUNDED him! This Company can't even tell him how many days of Vacation he has, and cannot keep drivers they would rather take an EXCELLENT Driver off the road!!

This is literally one of the worst companies my boyfriend applied and they offered him a job and never reached out to him he called and called and called and they said they didnt like his “tone” . On top of it a close friend worked for this company and they randomly fired him in all honestly unless your really desperate for income fast or temporary until you can find something else i would never recommend TA because they aren’t dedicated to their employees and one day they will fall again and go to another company to lift them up the same way they needed CFI to bring their company back to life also half their employees dont even know what they offer you when offering a job honestly I never really talk bad about places or write bad reviews but this was a very necessary one.

Today on February 16 2023 I been a employee for this company for 3 years I was terminated because on a following distance video from the lynx camera. I recommend looking at a different job to work for because this company and the safety managers doesn’t care about their employees or the hard work you do.
