We were on 494 when the check engine light came on and the vehicle began losing power. Limping it off the next exit to a side road, we were stuck on an entrance ramp to a major state highway. I called Superior and they quickly helped to arrange a tow truck. We expected to spend the night in a local hotel. But Zach did a great job and worked us into Superior's busy schedule. The repairs were made quickly and we were back on the road. Zach kept us informed on the progress and made sure everything checked out for us to finish our trip safely. While it was an unplanned visit to Superior, everyone was very pleasant and helpful which we greatly appreciated.

Superior service indeed! Several years ago our minivan was rear ended and Superior did the body work. A few years later an issue arose with the paint. I thought there is no way that they will consider repairing it under warranty. I communicated with April and she was fantastic. Cole looked at the car and stated that they would fix the issue under warranty. I was blown away! It's rare to find companies that will stand behind their work. They provided a loaner car while the work was being completed. When we picked up our van they had detailed the interior. This place is a unicorn! We will definitely be using them moving forward with our auto body needs! Thank April and Cole!!

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. For collision repair I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Cole B. went above and beyond to help me with everything my car needed. I can’t speak highly enough of this business.

Superior service went beyond the call helping me out on a stranded truck with either a bad battery or starter. They got the truck fixed super quick and had it back by mid afternoon. Truck worked like brand new and also was detailed where it.seemed I just bought it off the lot. Highly recommend Superior service for all automotive needs.

Had some major service performed. Front office was good to work with. A little lack of attention to detail in the shop. Plus, I had to bring my vehicle back in to fix something they messed up with the shifting mechanism. They took care of it but an additional hassle and time away from work. Shop didn't try to sell unnecessary services.

This is the only shop I will ever take my car to. And anyone in my family in other cities also drives to the eagan Superior because of how good the staff is there. They are honest and quick and extremely nice at this shop. Highly recommend!!!

I had a fantastic experience working with Superior Service Center. They were individually attentive to my needs, knew me by name any time I called and were very familiar with my hail damage insurance claim, helping me through every step of the way. While my car did end up being totaled, they were very transparent with the costs that would be needed to fix the car (which were roughly 4x the estimate I was given by State Farm's virtual appraiser), and did not pressure me on whether to fix the car while I waited for the claim to be processed and find out whether or not it would be totaled. I would trust them for any repair need I have in the future. Thank you for all the help!

I've taken my wife's car to Superior twice for body/paint work and had nothing but good experiences.Recently brought my car in for some bad steering wheel shake at highway speeds. The tech's at Superior went above and beyond to diagnose and figure out the issue. I had taken my car to the dealership twice and came out feeling like they were just guessing to get me back out the door.A.C. was awesome and kept me updated and informed the entire time.Definitely earned a customer for all my car needs. Can't thank everyone at Superior enough for getting my car back into shape!!!

Paint job is no where close to perfect; there are drip marks and less than a week later I noticed paint is peeling off and plastic trim does not line up.Additionally, my window was scratched in the process and I had to go back to get it replaced. It is nice that they replaced it without any arguments but it meant that I had to go back and spend more time.They also clogged the windshield wiper liquid nozzle, which means I have to go back for the third time. It is frustrating when I have to take time off work because they can’t do it right the first time, and damage the working parts of the car in the process.

I needed a new transmission and the guys who worked on my car were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t know very much about cars or what they need and they treated me with respect and explained everything to me, there were no surprise costs. I was also notified about upgrading my headlights for safety reasons and given the option before having it done. I worked with Troy and Bob and they were excellent. I would definitely recommend and will continue to return.Service: Transmission

Great customer service. Matt was phenomenal with giving updates while my car was in for repair. Fantastic crew. You can see in them they are happy with what they are doing. I will definitely recommend!

I left a not so great review earlier. And today the owner Tony called me. We went over the issues and concerns I had with my pervious experience with this company. It wasn't a short call. He took time out of his busy schedule to follow up with me, a customer that didn't even spend money at his facility. Mistakes were made with both parties. But I appreciate the follow up, I appreciate that he cares about his customer service and satisfaction enough to take time out of his day to listen to me. He obviously cares. As a customer service person myself I know how time consuming and difficult those calls can be and I really appreciated it.
