We had the same experience as the most recent two people. Received the order. It had different peripherals than described. it never booted. Like that one guy said, it behaved like it had no boot drive. Called for support, trouble shot cables, and the guy advised me to remove and install ram one stick at a time. I have done this quite a few times including the night before on an all in one I have lol. That said, new computers are compact and it wasn't easy to get to the ram to do this. I also didn't think it was appropriate to ask the consumer to repair a new computer they've purchased.
The return was pretty easy via amazon as usual. Since we returned it same day we opened it, I had every piece of the original packaging and got it packed EXACTLY as it came. I dropped it off to ship it back twenty min after getting the label.
A few days later some dude calling himself brad called to sell us a computer.
Amazon shows we were refunded a number a hundred lower than purchase price, Except that didn't happen at all. Back and forth a few times now this company says they received a computer back that was "trashed".

I ordered a refurbished computer at 3 PM. At 9 AM the next morning it was on my doorstep. Works just fine and quite a step up from the approximately 15 years old desktop I had been using.

These other reviews have to be fake. They sent a completely different computer than what I ordered. Tried to say it's an upgrade despite it having the same ram, storage, and processing power and it not having a disc drive. It arrived with headphones broke off in it so the sound doesn't work. They've circle jerked me around for days, they take a whole day to respond to anything. It took 8 messages, 4 of which me saying yes I want to continue with the replacement and even after they said I'll receive the shipping label, it's been two days and nothing. They take advantage of people who don't know enough about computers and then if there's a problem they try to drag it out so you can't return it. At this point I'm pretty sure if I do get a label an send it back they're just not going to do anything and then I'll be having try and do the return with out all of it and they'll pretend they don't know so they just get my money and I get no computer. Do not order from here, save yourself the headache. Go to the pawn shop.

I bought 2 computers at different times, both arrived super fast, like next day. They both exceeded my expectations as they looked like new, setup was super fast and easy. I had a small issue with one of them on a Saturday, they responded very fast and I was up in running in like 20 min. Awesome support. I will buy from them again next time I have a need.
