About 10 minutes later, I received a call from Lexy, the store team member that had just helped me, asking if I’d dropped money in the store (I had but didn’t realize it until she called). She waited after they’d already closed for me to come back so she could return the money I’d dropped. Such incredible integrity and kindness!! Thank you, Lexy!!”

“Very helpful with Amazon product returns. Note that this place cannot accept Amazon returns that are too big for a packaging envelope. If the return is too large to fit in an envelope, the customer will have to purchase a box for the return due to the limited capacity of this facility. Employees are very friendly and helpful.”
“There was a customer in front of me that was really upset that he didn’t get his package and the worker was trying to send the customer away and then another postal worker overheard the conversation and found his package. I guess I don’t understand why customer had to raise his voice to be understood. I also don’t understand why one worker knew where the package was and the other didn’t.When it was finally my turn for service, the other gal didn’t have packing tape I could use for the postal box I was using but I was able to purchase package tape. She was kind and made up for engagement I witnessed from the other employees”
“Delivered a new washer, hooked it up, and took the old one. They sent me a date and time frame to expect it, texted 30 minutes before they arrived, and called when they were 10 minutes out. Communication was amazing! They were kind and helpful, and worked very fast.”
