I went to get two different shades of NARS sample foundation on Oct 18, 2024 around 5:30 PM the Mexican employee said she couldn’t make me two different samples because of the policy has changed, I told her I did last month for a different brand. She was so disrespectful and rude so I understood that she was misleading the other employee too because she asked her they used to give and what happened now and she told her that the policy has changed and she would be in trouble if she gave me the sample. please Sephora you need to put someone respectful and helpful for a customer. She is not willing to do her job properly at all.

So convenient to have Sephora in the neighborhood. I wanted make a quick trip and it went well. I love that I can buy my favorite hair products and the sales associate gave me a bonus by checking if I was a Sephora Beauty Insider. I saved 20% on myself this evening. Thank you!

I came in for the first time today and I dropped an item and it shattered and the worker was extremely nice and even after she helped me pick out what I should get and I felt comfortable!!!!! loved it!!!

I recently went into Sephora to look for a new shade of foundation. The employee not ONCE asked if I needed help or anything. Once I reached the checkout counter, I overheard her conversation with another customer, she was treating her like she was stupid. In a tone of voice of not wanting to deal with whatever simple question that customer had. It was then my turn and 1. She didn’t greet me. 2. She looked at me in disgust. 3. When I asked her about exchanging a product, she said she couldn’t but then proceeded to talk to me slowly as I was d**** When I corrected her and explained that I understand. She said “so then what do you want? Nothing? Ok bye”. I don’t like to being race into situations, but I am a Latina and I do look very Latin but English is my first language so I speak it perfectly fine so there was no language barrier, therefore no need to exaggerate her words and her tone of voice. Rudest employee ever. I hope Sephora learns to hire better people.

I went to this location for the first time. The girl working the counter was not only rude, but looked at me with disgust when I was having card issues. Her tone was that of “you shouldn’t be shopping if you don’t have the money.” This is not only disgusting but an unfortunate situation. I won’t be shopping at this Sephora again. The fact that you employ people like that is disheartening.
