Purchased a mattress May 18th at the Eagan Sam's & Brandon was super helpful & patient.
From answering lot's of questions to helping process purchase and helping load mattress in the truck. I wanted to tip him but he declined.

I love their Croissant. It’s buttery, soft and not burnt like the other Sam’s Club in Burnsville. I drive from Lakeville to Eagan just for a the butter croissant.

100% better than Bloomington, which is a nightmare to get in and out of (don't even bother trying to get gas there.) No issues, usually everything is in stock, overall a great experience.

I love you guys so giving you four stars but you need to make your pizza to go area more enjoyable! It’s frequently extremely understaffed… One person running the cash register, Making ice cream and making pizza is terrible to watch… Long lines, if there was just two more employees it could be much more efficient… Give us a reason to want your cheap pizza and ice cream, you need more staff there desperately!!!

Poor customer service at the gas station, needed help because the app wouldnt work and didnt my Sam's club card, so asked for help from employee and employee wouldnt help me, was being racist and ignored me.

We chose to go to Sam's club because we tried to go to Costco and the lines were ridiculously long to check out and they don't have the scan and go functionality in their app so we would have been waiting well over an hour just to check out for a few items Costco needs to figure out that they're losing business because of this.

I ordered eight items to be delivered to me. They never showed up. I called member services the following day, only to be transferred four times. They cancelled my order per my request and I was still charged for the items. I will have to go in to the store now to request a refund, which is a hassle. Poor ordering system and limited assistance with errors on Sam's Club part. Please do better.
