I called to make an appointment and they sched me for April 2nd @ 10am. Then I received a call from Leslie saying the dr will not be in that day and to reschedule to April 9th. Then I received a call today saying I need to reschedule my appointment again due to a system error and can I still come in today April 2nd. I explained to her that I was prev scheduled April 2nd then moved to the 9th be cause there is no Dr in today and now I’m being to come in again but I’m already at work and I would like to know what’s really going on. Leslie then said she’s not going to reschedule me and I could go somewhere else’s since I’m not being nice to her and hung up on me. Very unprofessional place and when I called Back she refused to pick up the phone. I finally reached Sandy who was able to reschedule me

Ordered contacts through them, they never called to tell me when they arrived. I had to call them and by then it was close to the end of the year. I went in to pick them up and they lady working didn't acknowledge me, I waited for 15 minutes finally I leave for a few minutes to bring my kid to the bathroom when I come back she is gone and they closed. I was unable to use my vision benefits for 2023 due to that. When I went in a different day the manager was no help and the same girl was there and basically told me I was lying. Very disappointed and they were very unprofessional.

This Sam's club can get busy if you come at the wrong time, but that's true for all Sam's club. I love the samples!

We LOVE Sam's Club! Prices are usually low, so you get a lot of value. I especially love the bakery and love buying cakes for special occasions. For example, a beautifully decorated large cake that serves 24 is only $20. Also, you can't beat their self checkout on their app; it's SO fast and convenient. But if you need to speak to a customer service representative, the lines can get pretty long. When we compare Costco vs Sam's, they are so similar to each other, so if we're getting large quantities of things, I use both of their apps to compare prices before buying. At Costco, I prefer the prepared foods and their milk jugs more than Sam's. But I like Sam's baked goods and rotisserie chicken more than Costco. Both Sam's and Costco have tires, pharmacy, cafe, and optical; they are very similar. Like all warehouse bulk places, prices are usually lower but selection is hit or miss.

Good items and foods to buy. My family and I like foods, toothpastes and toothbrush heads replacement. I can notice sale tax on receipts increased to 8.125% that surprised me badly (I know I am not blaming on this store...I felt sorry for this store). :( I never seen newest sale tax before. Maybe this needs to stop causing us to not afford things and foods in the future.

My family loves this Sam's Club. It is kept clean and the employees there are all very friendly and courteous and I always see many smiles on their faces. I appreciate how open the aisles and checkout lines are compared to Costco where a larger person or pregnant person would not be able to fit butt to butt checking out. The Scan and Go is awesome and allows my family to check out without waiting in line, unlike the terrible cramped lines at Costco. I also appreciate how the customer service dept is conveniently located and open layout compared to Costco's cramped customer service area. In my experience from visiting Costco vs Sam's Club, Sam's really seems to make the customer's shopping experience in the store a priority compared to Costco's cramped chaos. Thank you Sam's Club for giving our family pleasant shopping experiences.

Absolutely terrible experience I came in March 17 for replacement pair of glasses I was given the date of March 28 they be ready got a text April 20 that they were ready and now six weeks later they can’t fulfill the order because they don’t have those frames anymore I was never contacted I was left in the dark the entire time never going back here ever again and I will not be getting a refund on the insurance plan for those frames that I will not be getting

This club has been here for ages but lately they haven't been maintaining the stock fully. Mainly produce and dairy section isn't stocked up fairly.

I have a complicated prescription and have primarily only worn contacts for many years because it has been easier on my eyes and in the past ordering glasses has not given me great results. After 15 years of wearing only contacts, I wanted to try glasses again, but had reservations because of the challenges I've had in the past. Both Moussa and Kandy were more than fantastic in helping me out. Not only did Kandy assess my face shape and size and come up with the perfect frames, but she was very knowledgeable about where to position my bifocals to give me better vision and function so I'd actually wear them. Moussa was super helpful and added in his expertise as well so I received glasses I actually love and will wear and they have not given me headaches like I've experienced in the past. I can tell they cared and spent the time with me that I needed to feel confident in my purchase. Thank you both for such great customer care!

Ridiculous lines at the self serve checkouts and especially to have receipt checked at door. Seriously, they had numerous idled self serve checkouts they could have used and maybe when the line to leave the store is 100 people deep they could fast track the receipt checking. Come on Sam's get your act together!

This review is for the store/liquor/tires/gas as a whole. The store itself isn't that bad, although I'd prefer to not give my money to the Waltons. They seem to occasionally have a decent selection and their stock seems to be a bit less "rifled through" looking. The liquor store has a fairly standard selection of big name national brands and almost enough craft stuff to make most content and the prices are reasonable. The tire and battery seems a bit sketchy, but what shop doesn't? I've only ever cash-carried batteries from here, but there always seems to be the obligatory disgruntled customer at the tire and battery counter. I wouldn't expect any less, especially from a big-box store.And now for their gas... the gas discount used to be one of the biggest draws for membership. If you've driven by in the last 6 months or so, you'd tend to agree with me. I've lost count of the number of times I've drove by intending to buy gas, and kept driving past because the gas station was so backed up that I couldn't even get close to it. If you don't feel like waiting between 30-60 minutes in the most disorganized queue you've ever seen so you can brawl over the one pump out of two that is still working, I'd suggest skipping the gas.All in all, if there's one reason we won't be renewing our Plus membership and taking our business down the road it'll be the gas station.
