Customer service was poor, seemed like they didn’t care if I was going to buy or not, I don’t know the reason but if I had to guess I’d guess it was based on how I dress which really made me uncomfortable

Richfield Flowers & Events provided the bouquets, chuppah and flowers for my daughter’s wedding. Everything was beyond our expectations. We knew it would be beautiful , but they knocked it out of the park. Their staff set everything up and came after the event to take it down and to take away some of the rental items. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. We’re still waiting on pictures from the photographer , so don’t have any to post that shows the bouquets or the tables. The chuppah, we only added simple greenery and floral, but was still quite beautiful One of the pictures posted is of some of the flowers that I brought home after the event. We’re still enjoying them.Greg handled the selection and design and Sharon handled much of the communication, although we did have a couple of in-person meetings with Greg, which were helpful.

A friend had an arrangement sent to me on my Birthday and all the flowers looked dead, then I got a replacement arrangement yesterday and those were not any better? Are the flowers not fresh before they go out for delivery? I wish I could post pictures but it doesn't let me.

If I could give this place 0 star, I most definitely would. Called in recently to make an appointment with full intention of booking them for flowers for my wedding that is coming up, but Greg who I was talking to did not seem like he wants to help me at all. If you’re going to be rude toward a potential customer then don’t be in a customer service type job.

This place provided an amazing ambience for our wedding at the Minnesota Horse and Hunt Club last weekend! The guests raved about the pavilion- it was like a fairyland. Even after I changed my mind more than once right up to the date, David was available and did all he could to accommodate, with the end result an amazing reception. I highly recommend them!

They were quick, the arrangement was very attractive and the people who received them called us immediately after they were delivered telling us how good the flowers made them feel.
