Fantastic gym. They offer classes that cater to both the novice (me) and the hard core. Their personal training is awesome, and Ryan in particular has the patience of a saint in dealing with me. I've been going there for 8 years and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Ryan and his team want nothing more than to see you achieve your health goals. Whether you are looking to start being active, gain some muscle or strength training, weight loss, or anything else, Renegade Personal Training and Fitness is the place to go. The personalized individual training (which I recommend) is great no matter which trainer you work with or if you prefer to take the boot camp classes with other people who just want to stay active. Either way you'll get whipped into shape. I am one of Ryan's weight loss clients and we have been working on my goals for almost a year and together we have successfully lost almost 90 lbs, but in a healthy and sustainable lifestyle change that I will be able to continue for a long time. We aren't done yet but I know working with Ryan and his team that together we will be successful in getting to my goals for my health and fitness. If you're looking for a new place to workout, I would highly recommend coming to Renegade Personal Training and Fitness.

I did a "boot camp" last summer here for eight weeks. Their trainers are top notch. I was very impressed at how attentive they were to us, to make sure we did the exercises properly and make sure to stretch before AND after our sessions. I can't say enough good about this workout center.

Excellent trainer, fabulous workouts! Love Renegade and highly recommend to everyone looking to better themselves. I've been going for 8 years and it's a part of my life. I love not planning my workout or wondering if I have the correct weight, form, or am pushing myself hard enough....Ryan will help with all of that! Just show up!

If your looking for a fun and challenging place to do personal training or fitness classes, Renegade is the place to go! After having a baby in August, I wanted to get back in shape and be fit! The trainers are very knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition! In just a couple months I have gotten stronger than I have ever been and have learned how nutrition fits in with my lifting and cardio. I have always been a runner and really enjoyed it, but now I love weight lifting with a trainer that pushes me. Thanks Ryan for making me stronger physically and mentally and pushing me to new limits! The gym is very clean and everyone is welcoming and likes to have FUN!

Renegade Personal Training and Fitness is a wonderful place to work out. I truly appreciate the sense of expertise the gym offers. Ryan has created a very positive atmosphere that allows me to concentrate and work toward my goals with my trainer, Brian. From cardio to strength training -- or anything else you might be interested in -- Brian is well educated and extremely knowledgeable about what works. With an amazing selection of equipment to use and the great variety of routines that Brian incorporates, my strength has increased tremendously since my start at Renegade in 2013. The real deal. Ryan Branson and his team listen to the needs of their clients and tailor their workouts to achieve your goals, whatever they may be. From beginners looking just to get more fit and lose some weight to serious athletes striving for elite levels of strength and power, the folks at Renegade PTF make your goals their goal. Excellent facility as well. Cannot recommend highly enough.
