Selection for size 13 shoe is sparse. No black leather with classic sole available. This is mostly Puma's fault and not the store. Workers were shooting baskets with paper near me and and taking up seating areas with customers in the store.

The small store offers a limited selection, but it boasts a high-quality range of products and decent sales typical of an outlet store. However, when I asked an employee a question, they didn't seem knowledgeable about any of the products.

I went to get a Christmas present. I am not their target market. To get something for myself probably never.My first time at the Eagan Outlet Mall.I have NO reason to go back! I wondered around for 30 minutes trying to find Puma. I asked 2 different store clerks where Puma was they didn't know. They didn't what it was.

Great discounts, manager is super kind. Unfortunately the associate working as a cashier the morning of 06-10 (woman) had a really bad humor, I had to ask her some stuff twice and her expressions were just horrible. Does she ever smile to a customer? I’m very kind to associates all the time so it wasn’t me. I talked about it with my mom after we left the store and she agreed with me 100%. We also had our hands busy and we were trying to find the right size of t-shirts but we were messing up a little bit the pile, she came to us quickly as she saw struggling and she said “This is how you do it “ but taking in consideration her previous attitude I don’t think she was being helpful, she seemed more annoyed.06/11 staff was walking around too much, I guess instead of having them over watching customers just have people watching the cameras if you guys are worried about shoplifting ?Cashier working on 06-11 was super kind too ( man ) .

Out of all the pumas I been in the Midwest this one is the best I was in there last week the and the management team was epic. the manager that helped me in appearl was amazing she helped me find the right outfits for my kids n right size for me.
