I like this location and am a frequent member, but it's frustrating to try and get them to replace the tanning bed bulbs here. I have reached out to corporate, I've emailed, etc. but no response from anyone. I've asked associates at the front desk about it and they don't know the answer of when they were last changed. Since they've been opened I've only seen them changed once, and there were signs posted and the front desk associates told everyone who tanned. I pay for a black card membership, and it's unfortunate that they can't keep the amenities up to date.

Excellent gym, plenty of equipment available. Shawn always welcomes members in a friendly manner and keeps the place pleasantly clean and odor free. I have been a member for two years and have no complaints at all.

I've been a Black Card member for months now, and I've enjoyed all the services they have to offer. The staff are kind and helpful. The other members are courteous and inspiring. I recommend trying the Hydro Massage after a long workout. If the Black Card membership isn't for you, a normal membership is just as good.

West Saint Paul Planet Fitness has a laying down leg curl machine in their gym. The Eagan location should invest in one as well along with a hip thrust machine would be great.

I love this planet fitness, it is my home location and the best one I’ve been to so far. The machines are higher quality. Every time I go to another location it reminds me just how good the Eagan location has it!

Luis, an employee at the establishment was found to be very helpful. He really conformed and accommodated to all our needs and really embodied the welcoming atmosphere.

Staff is always on the phone, kids running around with sandals on and bags on the floor slamming weights around, there should be parental supervision or set times kids can be in the gym ,very poorly ran

Clean atmosphere, friendly staff and lots of room to move. I literally live a block and a half from the Sibley location and regularly travel here because it isn't cramped into a space half the size it should be and doesn't smell like dirty socks.
