Stopped in today to buy a battery for my Corolla. And was hoping to get it installed. A nice gentleman assisted me. I don't remember his name but he recently moved to MN from NY. We had a nice chat about it. It is extremely cold today and he was nice enough to install the battery for me in the cold. It was such a quick and pleasant process. Wish I could remember his name but he was great. Thanks for all the help again!

The O'Reilly Auto Parts Manager at the Rahncliff Court, Eagan location was amazing. My daughters car stopped working and he helped her replace her battery. He was very friendly and reassured her that everything would be okay. Thank you!

You get what you put in. Come in and be polite, have as much info you know. They'll look it up and give you options, and now is a good time to ask their opinion, then ask them why. Don't be a d@ck and you'll be okay.

Stopped in because I thought I needed a new battery, and sure enough I did. Justin was so helpful and even changed out my battery for me. Was in and out within 15 minutes. Great customer service!

Asked for a cabin air filter and was sold an engine air filter. The employee was the most unmotivated person and didnt care. I returned the filter and asked for the correct one and didnt get an apology. Once again unmotivated person that didnt care made very little effort to find the right filter. I had enough of the foot dragging and asked for a refund . The manager was in the area and didnt care either. I wont be back and I hope others think twice before using this store. Poorly run and pathetic customer service.
