“Tires were super expensive but now it's done & taken care of. Message for a return ride to pick up our car may not have been passed on OR it was passed on but then not followed through. We had to call again when "that requested ride" did not show up. Turns out it just did not get scheduled. They did follow through after that 2nd request & sent a ride. We appreciated the rides that were provided for us.”

“I came at the early A.M. hours on a Saturday and these guys got right to business! I was waaaay overdue for an oil change, and they made sure to check everything they knew I probably needed (and without the hassle of trying to upsell me!). I’ve lived in the area for most of my life, and wish I’d come to this location much sooner. This team was the real deal. Corey and team - Can’t thank you enough!”
“Had a new set of Tires installed and balanced. Then vehicle had problems with the tracking system software. This is due to gratuitous complexity of modern autos. A fundamental part of this is manufacturers being allowed to keep service software proprietary. There needs to be a change in law, to give owners absolute rights to this software and their designee. As is usual the vehicle dealership was not in anyway helpful, but obstructive. Anyhow the second expert Heartland called in was able to solve the problem, but for a significant fee. Due to what I suspect was the cost of his equipment and software, was likely justified. This hassle caused a delay of 24 hours to get the use of my vehicle back.
Heartland were perfect gentlemen about and as blindsided as I was by how this went down.
So beware! Getting a new set of tires is no longer a straightforward proposition with this newer generation of vehicles. And of course no warning of this in the handbook. The marketers I'm sure warned that it would have been bad for sales!”
