This store has no return policy. I bought a watch and right away found the same watch for $29 cheaper online. They refused to match the price and refund the difference. Bad customer service.

Staff is very friendly and knows the current and past product. The sale prices are really nice. There are only 5 ish automatic watches, and so many of the other ones available have huge faces. There is literally one square shaped watch in the entire store...

Movado is my watch! I love its simple and sleek style. It's incredibly attractive and understated. I feel kind of silly saying this out loud, my Movado collection is growing and I have no desire to slow it down.In all seriousness, I find the value of Movado watches to far exceed its price.

I've used Movado since my parents bought their first ones in 2009. I've always thought of the brand as my first go-to when I buy watches or wear them to dress up for the night. This store makes the exception to the message of quality Movado submits. Me and my dad walked into the store and we were told we had to wear masks, which we had no problem with since it's been a law in Minnesota for a while. The problem came up when one of the employees approached to my dad from behind the counter of the store and intended to take my dad's temperature WITHOUT his consent. My dad backed off and told her to have some respect and ask first, when she excused herself and walked away. We could've easily walked out of that store with two new watches today since promotions were pretty good, but the unprofessionalism from the store's associates forced us to leave the store without regret. I'll still be a Movado customer, but I'm never coming back to this store
