“I had to share my quick experience with this store. I went here today intending to check out wool blankets, even though they weren't on sale. I also planned to peak at clearance clothing, if there was any. 3 hours later I walked away with $$$$ of stuff for really good deals. The mothers day 30% clothing sale and accessories was going on, but this sale also included a ton of men's wool clothing like wool flannels, wool sweaters, wool hats, wool vests, ect. I wasn't expecting that. As a plus size woman I wear L or XL in men's tops. I walked away with my partial dream wardrobe. 2 vests, 3 board shirts, 3 sweaters, 1 blue westerly sweater, 1 hat. All were 100% wool and were already marked down to begin with, plus I got extra 30% off.Finally, I knew I couldn't afford all the clothing plus queen blankets, which is what I originally came for. However, I had pretty much given up when I discovered the Pioneer loom blankets. Today they had a bunch in stock which I guess normally they struggle to keep them in for long. These are blankets made from yarn remnants. Very primitive design, simple stripes, yet multiple colors used. I was told they are napped, but if they are it is a very tight weave. They are more scratchy, reminds me of old military issue blankets. I got 3 of these remnant blankets in a king size for my queen sized bed for the same price I would have paid for just 1 fancy designed unapped king virgin wool blanket.I highly recommend this store. Watch for sales. Both sales ladies were great. The night shift lady spent the most time with me and went out of her way to answer many style questions about fit, color, how clothing looked on me. She also kept a running tally of my purchases as I found more items so I could keep on tracking with my large budget.Highly recommend!!”
“Kohl’s associate Nicole went out of her way to explain pricing if I used my kohls card for my purchase. Upon my hesitation as I wanted to pay cash she took the time to go through the steps with me to do both; get discounts and pay cash. Hooray for kohl’s for having such considerate employees. I’m an elder and it’s not often salespeople will take the time. I promise to return to kohl’s for my shopping needs due to this great customer service.”
“Finally found a pair of shoes to replace my old discontinued Bostonian's, nay, I would say an upgrade. Love my new shoes, feel great, look grate and holding up well after 2 months! Also price is great, only like $10 more than my old brand but well worth it! Will come back again fo shizzle! Looking forward to buying a pair of the XC4s next time! (Moc Venetian Loafer probably if in stock!) Also guy there was super helpfull.”
“I love this particular location . I love how me and my husband can show our military IDs without having to open the military discount verification app (idk what it’s called) unlike old navy,adidas makes you require it for proof. I dont have that app so I have to bring my husband if I want to buy something at adidas. Anyway old navy just wants to see your physical military card for discounts and it’s so convenient. ❤️”

“On Black Friday sale, I asked for an associate to help me. I really want to buy this Coat that I've been looking for, but it was defected. She's not even put any effort to help me and just said "Oh we don't have anymore stock at the back" and l've been waiting for 20 minutes and got lucky to get help from Linda "I asked her and she look at the defected coat and she said "I think we have a a lot of stock of this Coat at the back" She just took 5 minutes to help me. I'm so frustrated with that associate because she's not really do anything and not even put any effort to help customer. And to wonderful Linda, I really appreciate your help! ?”
“We went in today to look for a suit for my son for prom. He was decided on a maroon suit :) but the pair who helped us were so helpful. They fitted him and he tried on a suit that he loved of a different color. They were patient, kind, personable, and extremely helpful. This was a great experience and I am so glad we walked into this store. ❤️”

“I went to the Eagan Banana Republic Factory Store three months ago, so my review is overdue. This is a clean, bright, well-organized, spacious store. The staff was courteous, professional and my personal favorite, NOT pushy! The lovely woman who processed my purchase, (Cashier 3441015 from my receipt), patiently explained the coupon I was using and ensured I understood the requirement. My guess is she probably had to explain the slightly confusing coupon to many customers, yet did so with genuine kindness and respect. The petite size availability at the Eagan location is very good, and all the displays were well organized and easy to access. This was my first experience at this outlet in over a decade, and I will definitely be back!
On a side note:
QUALITY: I've never had any issues with BR Factory clothing, and have multiple pieces that are six years or older. These older pieces are regularly worn, and well-cared for (no dry cleaning needed), yet still retain their fit, color, and quality!
SIZE: I've shopped online and in-store at BR Factory for over 15 years. As a 5'1" petite woman who has traversed sizes 00, 0, and 2 over the last 10 years, the petite line has fit me well at all three sizes. I'm a true fan of BR Factory and a happy Eagan BR Factory customer!”
“I hadn't been to a Tilly's before. My son wanted to stop in for some clothes. I would compare this to a Hot Topic store. They have a lot of clothes and novelty tee shirts. The staff were friendly and attentive even though it was during Covid and masks were required. They seem to have a lot of Hurley stuff. My son found a few things that he liked including a couple hats. It was very busy. There were lines out the front of the stores that were too busy. They can be found at the Eagan Outlet Mall. Enjoy!”

“Got married in July and went through Men’s Wearhouse in Eagan and worked very closely with Becky and she was FANTASTIC! They helped me customize my wedding tux and even helped out with tailoring a suit for another wedding that was bought externally. If anything wasn’t perfect, they were very willing to help and easy to work with to make my wife and I’s special day just like we had hoped. Fantastic customer service, great work with tailoring, will always recommend Becky and her team!”
“One of my fave stores to shop at. After holiday shopping is always my go to time to go, although today was a bit confusing. Their signage and pricing weren’t clear. Some things were 50% off, some was clearance, some clearance was also 50% off. It was a guessing game. Other than that, still always a pleasure to shop there.”
