I just wanted to thank Morgan and Marissa for helping me tonight. The online booking system had double booked an appointment slot and initially, upon arrival, it looked like I was out of luck. Marissa went out of her way (while at home) to troubleshoot and coordinated with Morgan to move my appointment time. I ultimately received an AMAZING massage from Jessica, who is an incredibly talented therapist. Thank you for your help in turning around this experience to make it a positive one! I would definitely return.

I've been going here for 2-3 years now. The first 16ish months were awesome - 5 stars! Loved the esthetician, great work, consistent, best thing ever! She left and things were never the same.I tried the new person and didn't have a great experience. I decided to give them another shot a few months later and it got a little better.In the last 5 months I've been canceled on/not scheduled correctly on 3 separate occasions. They are typically booking months out for facials so by this time I had gone over two month without being seen. The last time it happened I asked to be refunded my last remaining credit. They refused, even after escalating my consistently bad experience to the district manager. As an apology each time they offered me a free enhancement on my next visit. Every reschedule attempt there were no notes to be found.Having to use my last credit, I booked online with the 4th new person I'd seen, for a 60 min facial. The facial was super rough, not relaxing, performed no extraction, and ended after 35 minutes.I will not be returning and highly recommended you find another place of business with better customer service.

It takes at least a month for me to get into this location. My second appointment now has been canceled the day before. FYI Massage Envy Eagan, I don’t go for a spa day. I go because I’m in PAIN.

Having a membership is a terrible experience. We have always booked our every other week appointments out for 3 months, well in advance. At least once a month we recieve notification that yet another therapist has left, or is changing their schedule and every time it's our problem to solve, rather than Massage Envy. This last time the therapist left immediately and went to the Savage location - so we could follow her there....? I agree with the other reviews - don't sign up for a membership- it's nothing but a headache and they are always seemingly fully booked out for months. The managers response gives the feeling they really don't care if they keep your business and I should just "let them know if we'd like to take our business elsewhere"

Should have believed the negative comments on here. Signed up because of my friend and disappointed. Poor customer service. Messed up/ mixed up payments between my friend and me. They charged my massages on my friend's account She found that out on her own. No one called to explain to me what happened. My friend had to deal with it herself. Massage Envy will not fix it so I paid my friend back. On a different issue, manager must have their preferred working hours when she texted me after business hours about my card. This business makes it easy to sign up and you can book appointments online but makes it hard to cancel appointments (no option to cancel online through their app) Cancellation of membership is even harder. You must submit the cancellation form at a certain time frame even though you agree to pay up until the required period) Poor customer service. Don't spend your money here.

Received a vm today saying that they need to move my appointment from 11:30 to 11:00am. No biggie but when I called them back they said that someone else had already taken the time slot and that my appointment had been canceled. Not only was my appointment canceled because I was busy and couldn’t answer my phone now my wife will have to cancel her appointment after planning a nice Sunday day out for the both off us. I could maybe understand them canceling my appointment the day of but my appointment is still 6 weeks out which makes it even more frustrating. Keep in mind that Massage Envy is booked out 2 months so me and my wife will have to wait til sometime in November now. It just sucks that the customer(s) has to suffer because Massage Envy can’t schedule properly.

Just called to inquire about a facial-only massage (not a facial) for my TMJ and lymphatic drainage. The lady that answered was very unhelpful. I was put on hold twice (which is fine) but only to be given an "I have no idea" when I asked if it was possible. She mentioned they do have therpists certified in TMJ but is unable to find out who. Guess I will keep looking.Edit: she ended up calling me back to let me know they have one person who can do facial massage but he's booked out for 2 months.

I had some pretty awful experiences at the Woodbury location so made the drive here and it went great!! Prompt service at front desk, got a full 50 min of massage as they outline in the '60 min' offering. Massage was great and I will for sure be back!

Why do they keep raising the prices? Over 30% in less than a year. That's a lot! For many this isn't a luxury, it's a necessity to alleviate pain. And we can't afford this. When you contact the company, they do nothing. It's like the care more about profits over people. If you think it's not right, you can file a consumer complaint online with the Minnesota Attorney General's office and Better Business Bureau. It takes five minutes, and may help you and others get a fair shake.

AWFUL!!! Do not book a massage here! They will take your money when they have no right to because of THEIR scheduling errors! Looking at past reviews they have done it to other people, they did it to me, and they will do it to you! You've been warned. My husband and I booked a massage appointment for me for next week. They accidentally booked it for today. They called me asking where I was and I told them my appointment wasn't until next week. We are 100% positive we booked it for next week, not today! There is no way we would have booked today because it was impossible for us to go today with our children's schedules. They insisted on charging us half a credit for THEIR mistake!!!! THEY COULD DO THIS TO YOU. IT'S NOT RIGHT!! DO NOT GO HERE.
