After a winter week away from MN, we got home to a minivan with a dead battery (with three young kids!) in the airport parking ramp. We found Matt’s online through the MSP website, called to a friendly, helpful, and quick office manager who had a driver at our minivan in the exact amount of time she said it would take. The driver had to finagle his truck to jump our car after trying multiple times with the jump pack - he was friendly, helpful, and kind through it all. A huge relief to a bummer situation when we were excited to get home. Thank you, Matt’s! Will absolutely share our experience with anyone traveling from the MSP airport so they know who to call if they ever are in a similar situation.

My car battery died in the airport parking ramp. It was dark, cold and wet. I went to find the airport police who gave me the number to Mark's Towing. By that point, I was exhausted, tired, and just wanted to go home. They came to the rescue in about 15 minutes!! The price was very fair and much less than I thought it would be. I am so, so thankful!

Left my dome light on in the airport parking lot. Came back from a 5 day trip to a completely dead battery. Got Marks Towing number from the airport assistance. Called- friendly human answered the phone, took my information, and said they would have someone there in 15-20 minutes which I thought was fantastic! Imagine my surprise when they pulled up in less than 10 minutes! I was greeted with warmth and respect and he had my car jumped and my receipt ready in about 5 minutes!! What could have been a disaster was nothing more than a minor inconvenience!! Amazing service- highly recommend!!

I had a terrible experience with Mark's Towing. Their pricing was deceptive and shockingly high for a simple one-mile tow $250 DOLLARS. What was initially quoted turned out to be much more when we arrived at the DESTINATION, only one mile. I felt taken advantage of,scammed, driver had quite a few excuses for pricing. I would not recommend their services. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. Awful expensive, awful experience. Scam, stay away if you can help it. Definitely crooks.

My car had some problems at MSP airport and marks towing was amazing! Came in a timely manner and very polite! 100% recommend! Not expensive either!
