My new insurance brought me to a Fairview pharmacy for more affordable medication prices for 90 day supplies. I want to thank Erin who helped me with the process and was very informative in making me feel welcomed as a new patient here at this pharmacy. I had used Walgreens since I can remember but this Fairview pharmacy is very fast and communicates well! Thanks so much!

They had my Seroquel XR ordered next day delivery when Walmart and Walgreens couldn't get it for 2 to 3 business days later! With all the drug shortages I think having the pharmacy located within Fairview medical center that may have better access and more frequent order days. I'm considering switching all my prescriptions transferred there!

First time at this pharmacy today and had a great experience. Previously we were using the pharmacy at the nearby grocery store, which was usually fine, but could sometimes be a little slow at the drive up and I don't think I ever talked to an actual pharmacist. At this Fairview Pharmacy in Eagan, I used the drive-up window and someone was there waiting for me before I even stopped. They were quick, friendly, and had me speak with a pharmacist. We've had used the same prescription for our daughter before, but the pharmacist actually spoke w/ me and explained some things about the med that I had never heard before. A+ service, thanks!

Had the most amazing, thorough appointment for not only myself but my daughters as well. Latrice was so kind and genuine. Jennifer was super honest and down to earth and answered every question in depth. Shari went out of her way when I had an insurance issue. Will definitely be back! Worth a little wait for good care.

The urgent care is very very slow. Got there at 3pm yesterday and finally got seen a couple of hours later. Wasn't too busy either.

Waiting times are redicilously long If you have to wait over an hour in a waiting room You cannot call this urgent care. There is nothing urgent about it. Nonchalant employees saying there are two providers working yet waits are unreasonable. Really Fairview! Add staff, get some efficiency to your game.

This is a newer facility with awesome staff, nurses and doctors. They also have an onsite urgent care.

The best service! Pamela was great during my check in. Squared away my paperwork and administrative stuff. Amie (Medical Assistant) bee pleasant, quick and knowledgeable. Saw PA Jen, took her time to and wet all my questions, even let me see my scratched cornea under the light, was out of there in less than 30 minutes!

The worst phone scheduling department ever. I had an 8:30 appointment today and it was snowing so there was a bus accident. I live in Eden Prairie but I had this same procedure at Eagan Fairview previously so I decided I'd stay there, wasted hour spent entirely in traffic and phone calls. I called at 8, waited 10 minutes while in traffic just to be transferred and wait for another 20 minutes. When I finally got someone, who's name was travecia or tralecia (something along those lines) I told her I'd be 15 minutes late (so instead of 8:30 it'll be 8:45) and she said it's fine and that she'll leave a note. NO NOTE WAS LEFT, or at least that's what the receptionist said. Also, the receptionist was unfriendly right when I walked in, no hi or even a smile, and not even an apology for the situation. Isn't the receptionist pretty useless if they can't schedule? Especially if your scheduling department can't do their job either. This is the second time this same Fairview has done this to me and this is only the second time I've been there, once 3 years ago and today, I should've known better than to come back. This might not be an important review to you and may not even matter, but I hope others see this review and DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Always so pleasant and friendly. Love that there is a drive-thru option so that I don't have to go wait inside.
