Lunds & Byerlys Eagan is a very nice and beautiful grocery store that oozes quality choices. It offers an absolutely outstanding and intimate shopping experience that is very calming. The store provides pretty good food quality with a lot of outstanding options not found in regular grocery stores, including excellent cheese, bread, sushi, and deli selections, plus a decent breakfast and salad bar. It is, however, more expensive than other stores. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, always ready to offer suggestions.
Love byerlys and this location is a good example of the company and their commitment to be the best of the best.

Expensive for some things but a very nice store. I did get very sick after eating a salad from their salad bar, but that's a risk you take. I've eaten there many times, this was hopefully a one time thing.
