I stopped by yesterday for a newborn gift and I was literally the only customer in the store with 2 employees working. They were standing at the register chatting and not once was I even acknowledged! I waited for 10 minutes then decided to leave. While I was leaving, one of them said “have a good day”!!!!! Idk what their hiring process entails, but I’ve never seen good customer service in any Janie and Jack location I’ve been to. I shop on their website because I don’t want to deal with this. Please do better and hire people who actually know what greeting a person looks like.

Not impressed. The clothes are just as expensive as the regular store, but with less selection and not refreshed as often. They also don't take returns of online orders and any online orders you need to do take weeks to arrive with poor customer service.

The worst customer service!! They didn’t greet me or ask if I needed help. The two employees just stared at me and my four year old daughter as we shopped. We were the only ones in the store so it wasn’t like the employees were busy. Then, they called me out for letting my daughter eat a CRACKER in the store. I put my items away and walked out. Strangest customer service experience ever. Will not be supporting this store again.

Unbelievably poor customer service. Employees were extremely rude and unwelcoming. Will go to Carter’s across the hallway instead. Staff is far friendlier and 10x the selection

This store has such cute clothes. Unfortunately, the customer service was sorely lacking. I was in the store today for 45 min shopping for two baby shower gifts. The store was not busy. Not once was I approached by personnel. There was complete silence on the part of Mary during the checking out process. I was not greeted. She did not ask if I found everything ok? I politely requested separate gift receipts, to which I thanked her when I received them. She handed the bag over without a “thank you for stopping in,” nothing was spoken. It was so very awkward. It was one of the strangest customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Store is beautiful and clothing is adorable! Customer service here however is lacking. Very rude associates. Was in the store for almost a half hour trying to figure out family picture outfits and not once were we offered help even though we were the only ones in the store. The employees seemed annoyed when they had to answer questions.

Terrible customer service! After searching the store for about 10 minutes, I asked the sales associate if they were running low on bigger sizes because I was unable to find anything in my daughters size. She responded, “I don’t know, people have been doing a lot of Easter shopping.” She continued to watch me look around for another 15 minutes struggling to find the right size! I made another comment, on how could it be possible that I cannot find a single thing in her size? She finally decided to help her customer and asked what size I was looking for? I told her 7 and she starkly responded, “we don’t carry sizes bigger then 6.”I do most of my shopping online as I do not have a Janie and Jack store in my state. I was unaware store sizes stoped at 6 or this outlet did, but I’m not sure why I was expected to just know this?!Now, wouldn’t it have been a lot easier for her to tell me they don’t even carry bigger sizes when I asked?!! Looks like a lot of others have had the same experience. It’s unfortunate because Janie and Jack deserve better. I won’t be returning when I’m back in town.

Be careful when you buy clothes from this outlet you can’t return it even with a gift receipt the outlet does not work with the other jack and Jane stores they were closed during coronavirus and I live three hours away came to return it and they gave me half of my money back even with the gift receipt like I said I just want to make that clear 11/12 Purchase date my daughter Not able to get to the store to return the gifts so I did it for her she was in the hospital for five days and these people have no compassion it’s impossible to try on gifts for a baby who is in the womb I honestly don’t know how they stay in business but I’m gonna pray for them Really cute clothes out but honestly you can find these clothes for a lot cheaper and different stores with better customer service

Worst customer care experience. Carol Bennett their assistant manager absolutely was rude and condescending and ruined our evening. Totally insensitive to a customer with a baby in hand. Throw your self esteem away if you ever want to step in there!

Janie and Jack is the best quality for children clothing stores. Especially for Holidays, my entire families shop there a lots. We are so glad that they didn't close out. The reason we gave them 2 stars because we hope their management should improve better customer services instead of the old craps. They are mean and rude. The customer services are suck! We like to shop there because of the gal as we only see her on Saturday. She is the best and helpful. Even my families came here for vacation who were from Canada and Germany, they really like her. She is amazing!
