Please avoid this place if you want your taxes done right and your time to be respected. Had an appointment at 11am , the tax advisor showed up 30 min late with a horrible attitude and gave me the hardest time because I was filing for 2 years and said that was ILLEGAL?

I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment which I booked through their system. I arrived on time to find out 30 minutes later and after numerous phone calls no one was working this weekend! No indication that no one was going to be there today!!! Not going back! Absolutely waste of time.
