“Great price, nice clean hotel, friendly staff who had good recommendations and were happy to be there. I felt safe as a single woman staying alone. The fitness room is great, the beds are clean and comfy. Loved the blackout curtains in the rooms. Solid complementary breakfast. I am so glad I decided to stay here. I travel a lot and I will be staying here again.”

“Our one bedroom suite was clean and comfortable. There is a park just past the neighboring building that is great for those traveling with kids or dogs. We felt safe walking our dog around the property and down to the park. I would say that the parking lot could use some maintenance/trash pickup and the hall carpets could use a deep cleaning, but overall, we were content. The hotel is located in a pretty convenient area with restaurants and shops nearby. The southern kitchen restaurant across the street has great food. Close enough to downtown Mpls, Mall of America, St. Paul. I would stay here again. Our only real complaint wasn’t at any fault of the hotel, but it did take away a star from our rating - the mosquitos and gnats outside were absolutely unbearable most days. (Although I hear that might just be a Minnesota summer thing.) Be sure to bring your bug spray!”

“Nice hotel. Annabelle (sp) at the desk was wonderful. Only issues were related to multiple failures of the room locks, both keys and keyless entry. Worst part was having to walk around the building as it was starting to rain because the back parking lot door card reader was out of order.”

“People were outstanding! We had a handicap accessible room, and for a wheelchair User and it was cramped but we were able to make it work. They really need to make those rooms available with less furniture. The location of this Best Western was perfect. It was an easy and convenient drive to Mall of America and many site seeing places that we wanted to visit! We would definitely use this Best Western again!

Rooms: Well appointed, comfortable, although too cramped to be called handicapped accessible

Nearby activities: Many shopping centers like Mall of America. Many restaurants like Juniors Cafe.
Easy access to Many little towns in the area!”

“Chill little room on the office side and the person at the desk was willing to work with me. If you book online you will need a 50$ deposit in cash which is the only real downside”
