I foolishly dropped my car off here to get it looked at. Thinking I would get a loaner car. This place is SCAM CENTRAL. They quoted me over $4,000 to fix my car and said they would only do both sides of a subframe replacement even though one side was rusted and then had some technician in the background yelling. No, I won't do it. Took it to murgics automotive in Rosemount and got it fixed for 800 bucks. These guys try to convince you that your car is totaled out if it's older and you need to repair All the shocks around it and everything. I've literally since loaded this little Subaru up for work and driven the hell out of it. It runs like a top. Scumbag shop and I figured I'd let people know. Unless you have a bunch of money and you enjoy wasting it, I'd highly suggest not going TO HONEST AUTO CARE THEY ARE SALESMAN NOT MECHANICS. Absolute scam artists not to mention I still had to pay these guys $89 for suggesting to rip me off and me refusing to allow that to happen. They delayed my car repair by an entire day screw this business

Mentioned, I was in and out for an oil changed plus I got my tires rotated today in less than one hour. I recommend this one highly!

I’ve been coming to Honest-1 Auto Care for over a decade. They are trustworthy and reliable. Today I brought my car in with a rattling heat shield, the service advisor Kurt D. gave me his “this is what I would do” advice, the visit was quick and I left with a pleasant surprise of receiving a service repair free of charge. I will continue using Honest-1 for my auto needs.

Over the past few years, Honest-1 Auto Care (Eagan East) has helped me with minor/routine care (wiper blades, oil changes, checking on squeaks, etc.) to major repairs (engine leaks, new tires, etc.). Every single time, I've received excellent personalized service from the initial phone call to shuttle rides to the final "you're-good-to-go" news. Their name holds true - honesty along with reasonably priced services. I trust them with my car and their abilities to do their very best to assure safety for me and my passengers.
