The man in the meat department (short and chubby) provides horrible customer service! He is never nice. Not sure how long this man has been working there, maybe 2 or 3 years? But he always has this demeanor that I rather have someone else help me.? José (I believe he is Salvadorian) on the hand, is a very nice gentleman who provides excellent customer service every time I go there. ?By the way, the prior meat butcher that worked there, was an awesome, always happy, guy. Miss seeing him there. ?

The fat girl is always talking to her friends even though she sees that you need assistance and when she helps you she is always very rude and doesn't even know how to speak Spanish, several kisses she hasn't given me my receipt until I ask her for my receipt she makes a face and He gives me the receipt before this store had employees who were friendly and greeted you, the store was decent but now the children of the previous employees are not friendly and the store is disgusting and there are many boxes that no one is arranging

I've been coming here since I was a little girl. The previous workers were very friendly, always saying hello and giving good service. Now the relatives of the previous employees work and the place is a mess. Nothing is clean, there are always boxes everywhere and all the employees there are very rude. They always act deaf, they get very upset and use a very rude tone and they ALWAYS get paid poorly. Young people today no longer know how to work. This place is going to close if it continues the way things are going. Plus the corners there don't know how to speak Spanish. How are they going to have people who DO NOT speak Spanish in a HISPANIC place. It's very illogical

I’m surprise this place is still in business with all the terrible customer service and such. I came here tonight around 6:45/7:00pm. A bigger girl with short black hair was at the register. I asked for tamales. I came in here last night asking for tamales and the girl working last night ( who was very nice - tiny with long black hair and glasses ) told me that they had tamales but won’t be making them until tomorrow ( today ). So I went in today to grab the tamales and the bigger girl at the register said “here? We don’t sell tamales here” and I said “yes you do… I get it here all the time… and I just came here yesterday and they told me to come back tomorrow which is today to grab them” and than she proceeds to say “oh well I’m the only one who’d make the tamales and we only make it on the weekends” ok… so which is it? You don’t sell tamales or you do? Hire better people please!! And I’ve also ALWAYS ordered the tamales on the weekday ( I’ve probably ordered over 50 times by now ) so this bigger girl had no idea what she was doing or talking about. Again, please hire better people. A lot of small business do go down for terrible customer service and such - after all, we are the ones who keep y’all in business with our money - so I suggest hiring better workers and making sure the experience is better.

Terrible service, zero friendliness, especially one of the bakers, (The Fat One) very rude. You are going to buy, you are not going to ask to be treated yourself. ?

Dirty and disorganized. Went to this location hoping it was better than their Apple Valley store, but nope. Why aren’t items price marked?! I’m never going to either location again.

Be careful next time you walk into this Mexican market and the cashier asks if you want your receipt. I can imagine during Covid times how many people they have over charged. They use the following practices at this store. They have items listed at one price but the cashier rings it at a higher price or just yesterday she added an item to my receipt that I did not buy or was on the counter, when pointed out, the young employee with curly hair apologized and gave me a refund. The time before they did this, I had driven away and did not find out about these ghosts items until I was home and my bill more than $60 dollars and they had overcharged me almost $5.00 more. Double check your receipt if you must go there.

Very rude staff, especially in the carnieceria area. The guy always say he doesn’t know where stuff is. In a very rude tone, the cashier doesn’t greet or anything. They tried to double charge us, luckily we got the receipt and went back in there, and we didn’t even say nothing the cashier just automatically gave us our money back, so it seemed like she knew what she did.. don’t recommend this place to anyone..

Hello, one of your employees (Sandra) charged me more than she should. She had full knowledge of this and still let me walk out the door. Thankfully I checked my receipt and went back. I know she knew that she had charged me more because I never showed her the receipt or told her what she had charged me extra on when I went back for or the amount that I was charged extra. I told her she charged me extra and 1st, she didn't apologize and 2 she handed me a $5 bill when I had paid with my DEBIT CARD! How did she know how much I got charged extra if she didn't see the receipt?? Pinche gente ratera! Ya es la 5ta Y ultima ves que voy y Ni una sola ves me an saludado, todos bien amargados desde la cajera hasta el carnicero !! Uno todavía les saluda y la cajera se hace la sorda. Y'all need to do better in customer service or hire people who actually wanna work. Nunca entrado a una tienda y que no te saluden cada ves que va uno. Uno todavía aparte quiere ayudar a su gente y comprar ahí y todos bien amargados !
