My iPhone charger port stopped working altogether. Took it to Gophermods and they were able to quickly clean up the built up lint inside the port that fixed the issue. Ema was quick to help and she didn't charge for the service either. Would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat and Gophermods will be my go to shop for any future phone repairs.

Dylan was fantastic, quickly diagnosed the issue with my IPhone 13pro and suggest a fix, unfortunately the fix was to consign my phone to the trash can

This is not a big corporation that is going to transfer your calls overseas. This is a local company with Real People who care about the work they do. I'm NEVER going back to Best Buy when Gophermods is an option.

I've used Gophermods three times for various cell phone/tablet repairs. Everytime they have been simply awesome.
Today I brought in my iPhone 13 Pro thinking it needed a $145 repair to replace the charging port. Dylan was working, took a look at and brought it in back. Less than 2 minutes later he was handing my now working cell phone back to me. The charging port had a build up of dirt and dust and he cleaned it out. Working perfectly now. Best of all he did not charge me anything. I will continue to use and strongly recommend Gophermods for repairs.

Gophermods is great!!! They took the time to diagnose an issue on my Galaxy phone, and also repaired my wife's iPhone screen quickly and at a great price. They are super friendly and welcoming. Whenever I asked questions, they were very patient and upfront. Having a damaged phone sucks, but they made the repair process a great experience. I'm definitely going here in the future for any phone issues; don't waste your time going anywhere else!

The techs are all friendly and professional, they are knowledgeable and make the repair experience pleasant , It's also very affordable including their warranty that lives up to its guarantee with no strings attached ! 100% recommend having their Warranty ????. We’ve been going to gopher mods since they started in dinkytown. I just stopped into the Eagan location expecting to need a new screen ($159) and the guy pushed a couple of buttons and got the phone working for no charge. I’m bummed they’re no longer in Apple Valley but their excellent service is worth the drive.

I had a great experience at Gophermods in Eagan, after having extremely poor interactions with Best Buy and Apple service and employees. Said was especially helpful as I brought my computer in for repair, and Emma called me within 2 hours of drop-off letting me know that she fixed it earlier than expected. I highly recommend this repair shop!
