I've shopped at this Goodwill plenty of times and have found numerous clothing items and materials that I love. The selection and variety are diverse and plentiful. The staff is polite, and parking is very accessible at all times.

The cleanest restrooms you will ever see for a thrift store!

Goodwill site says they take Christmas trees. I brought in an artificial tree with decorations. The very nice employees at the donation drop off said they only take artificial Christmas trees if they are broken down and donated in the original box. I said I'd checked the website -- and the employee said there were two different websites. Disappointing for me.

They need to do better about the drop off. There's no reason we need to wait so long. Treasures Galore is better if you have donations to give.

very rude attendant for donation drop off, i’ve also never seen any drop off that closes the door on you between cars offering donations. pretty overpriced selection too.

Attendant at the drop off was annoying. If you need to donate stuff, just put it outside with a free sign for someone to take or post it on FB marketplace. Goodwill is a just an enterprise middle person.

The drop off is terrible. the attendant closed the large door and played on his cell phone. He did this for a bunch of cars. Eagan store needs some supervision.

I've found that the Eagan Goodwill Store is pretty much on par with other Goodwill outlets, though the Eagan location is a tad smaller in size than some others. Selection varies, of course, but there is always some bargain to be found if you search closely. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their donation drop-off. Most times I have had items to donate, I've found a long line of cars waiting to go through the donation process. Today, I was the 8th car in line at 10:30 a.m., about half an hour after they opened. After waiting 10 minutes with no discernable activity, I walked up to the partially open garage door to peek in. No one in sight. I called out Hello?" and an employee looked out, and I explained that there were now 10 cars waiting. The response: "Oh." The first car was let in, the door closed most of the way. Ten more minutes passed with no activity. I walked back up and once again found the area empty. Given my place in line, it would be well over an hour before I could drop off the items. I don't know if it's lack of staff, poor management, or an attitude situation, but even a sign indicating EXTREMELY LONG WAITS or something similar might be helpful in setting expectations. As it stands, I plan to check with other options ( Disabled Vets, Lupus, etc.) who provide pickup service.

This was an unusual Goodwill, is had quite a bit of new cheap stuff like a dollar store plus. It was well stocked and well organized. It didn’t have a bad smell. I found some great deals for everyone in the family. Found some vintage band t shirts, my husband was thrilled. I got some new adorable bug crocs for my granddaughter, she loves them! I got a new with tags bra for myself. So many good deals!

You can’t try on clothes before you buy them. Expect to pay $11-13 for women’s jeans. That’s a lot to pay not knowing if they’ll even fit.

Javier is an asset to this store location! He was helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. Highly recommend a promotion! Wonderful gentleman. I just moved here, and he cares so much about this store and was very knowledgeable about all of the merchandise.

Drop-off is the slowest in the metro. On a Saturday be prepared to wait 45 minutes or more. Customer service is non-existent and tells you “nothing I can do about it” yet they open and close both garage doors between each car, causing 5+ min drop-off time per car, even when dropping off 1-2 items.
