Order pick up is pointless. Their email says skip the line and find at the end of the register but when I did and I’m there staring at my order they told me to get in line which was about 7 people at the time. What’s the point of an order pick up when I have to wait in line for the product I already purchased and spend the same amount of time as just purchasing it in store with the others in line? I left and called from my car to cancel my order and the manager on duty Sunday had the same lack of customer service as the cashiers and I’m still waiting the next day for that manager to cancel my order so they obviously didn’t and customer service can’t and in the end I’m out the money I could have spent elsewhere during cyber sales.

They denied the coupons that were sent to my email. The service was not good. It almost seemed like they didn’t want me to benefit from the discount coupon. It’s holiday season and Gap is giving away these codes left and right. I don’t understand why you would want to deny the in store code.

As a rule, I've always enjoyed shopping at the Gap. However, the last few times I have gone, I've been disappointed for various reasons. The quality of their clothes has gone down in regard to the materials used. They used to be really well made clothing and now they feel cheap. This week when I went there, the store looked like it was going out of business. It looked half empty and then what was on display was just a mess. I got frustrated and just left.

Horrible customer service. There was a huge line and only one cashier. When I ask if she could ask for more cashier's she said the other workers didn't know how to.

Messiest Gap store ever, longest line ever seen in my life, longer than any line even at the state fair. I had to turn right around and leave even though I had an in store pick up. There should be a separate line for in store pick up otherwise what’s the point? I did visit on Black Friday lol but still aren’t you guys used to this every year?! Get prepared and organized. On another note who the hell cares to go crazy shopping at a Gap on Black Friday?! Had no idea that was a thing…I came back the next day, picked up my item and returned it right there and then. Just didn’t like it after all.
