UPDATE: I contacted the Attorney General’s office because Fashion Fruit doesn’t have their return policy stated on their receipts. The AG requested Fashion Fruit contact me to resolve the issue within 10 days. Fashion Fruit contacted me approx. 25 days later via text. Via text I told them there was nothing they could do because they did not respond within 10 days of the AG’s request. Then someone called and again I said the same and they claimed the letter went to the wrong address. I explained that I wanted nothing further to do with them due to the customer service I received. The person decided to defend the horrible action of their employee mocking a customer’s grammar and I said I have nothing further to discuss if you are going to defend that behavior and hung up. That person then texted me and called me combative. Clearly that was for the purpose of documentation for the AG. My point is; this is the type of people you deal with at this store and I would not waste me time here...... ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had the worst experience here... bought a pair of shoes, never wore them, but decided I didn’t like the quality. They are hightops and did not hold their shape and bowed out around the ankle - looking dumpy. When I tried to return them with a receipt 15 days later - I was told they have a 7 day return policy. I pointed out that the return policy is not printed on the receipt and I insisted on a refund. Then the gal working started mocking my grammar and when I retaliated with hurtful words she acted like a teenager and kept saying “wooaaw”. She refused to call the owner and refused to tell me when the next time the owner would be in. That is no way to treat customers or run a business. I’d rather sell the stupid shoes online then bother with that again!

It was fun!! Such happy and helpful people on board! Very creative with groupings! Something for everyone! Will definitely go again! Watch for orthodontist next door because no really good signage.
