Do not work here!!!!! Horrible working conditions illegal amount of children in one classroom. They lie about everything & treat staff like slaves. You can contact higher management & they won't do anything to assist you. They get rid of people for speaking up, they don't follow the rules of what needs to be done in a childcare facility. They owe me money & wasn't giving it to me in time. They pay is absolute TRASH especially when there are places close by that pay you more. If you work at this job you will be working 10hr shifts 5 days a week w only a tiny little break, barely enough sufficient time to eat. I've also had to do stuff on my break so I've had almost no uninterrupted meal times. They get mad if you use the bathroom for more than 1 minute and 60 seconds. They will talk shit to you about other people at work & will do the same about you to the other employees. Sooo many people have left due to this experience here at EFC. I will never recommend this place for PARENTS or EMPLOYEES. ZERO STARS.

We're so grateful to be part of the EFC Community. Communication is top-notch; the daily updates allow us to ask our kids specific questions about what they did each day and reinforce lesson themes. Directors and teachers are wonderful. Our kids love it here.

We LOVE our EFC family! We feel so comfortable with the care that our son is receiving during the day! EFC cares deeply for each child and meets their individual and unique needs during the day! We especially enjoy the updates in the Daily Connect app--it allows us to feel connected to our son and what he's up to during the day :-) Would highly recommend EFC to anyone seeking quality childcare!

We did not choose this facility due to finding a location, but we really loved this daycare center and would highly recommend it to anyone. They have a very high quality facility and program/curriculum. It is a much smaller chain than some, which gives it a really caring feel. The director was very experienced, professional, and responsive. Nice (new) outdoor playground area. The teachers know all of the kids names, even if not in their particular classroom. A few perks compared to other daycares: 1. They allow unlimited vacation credit. If your child is gone for a full week, you only pay half tuition, which is unheard of. 2. They don't follow school district closures, so if the schools are closed for snow, they don't necessarily close. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone!

My child has been attending the EFC in Eagan since he was 10 months old. He is now 4 1/2 years old. Any mother is always concerned about the treatment and well being of her child under the hands of someone else. I am so incredibly grateful that I can have peace of mind knowing that all of the wonderful people working at EFC are trustworthy and genuine. Each teacher who has ever worked with him has proven this statement to be true. The amount of knowledge he has gained is astonishing. He teaches me things on a daily basis! I not only recommend this place but urge anyone who needs day time care to choose it. I'm so glad that I did.

Updated October 2015: EFC Eagan has gone through a lot of changes in the past year. Most of them have been great! The new director, Jen is fantastic. She's great with the kids, and she does a fantastic job hiring really dedicated teachers.(original review from years ago) EFC Eagan is amazing. The director, Michelle, knows all of the kids and parents, and the teachers in all of the rooms (babies, toddlers and preschool) make an effort to give each child the special care and attention they deserve. We have two children, and they've been in all three of the rooms. We couldn't ask for more caring teachers to watch over our children during the day.
