Absolutely terrible service... we booked for a driver to pick us up from our location and it took them 47 mins to get to us.. we tried calling the phone lines and they were busy so we didn't know what to do... once when we got at the enterprise we got promised a better car and they failed to get us a better car. I would go elsewhere for a car, let me tell you!!

Working with Lewey was wonderful! I had a family emergency and needed to rent a car same day to travel out of state. After a big problem with my starting location, he helped smooth things over and provided a big relief to a stressful situation. When I return home, I will be renting from him and his staff again and highly recommend them to anyone!

Lewey and his staff have been amazing! Their service and care for my needs were top notch. I was a walk-in to the center and they did what it took to help me find an affordable option for my unfortunate situation. My wife and I made our first visit to to St. Paul, MN, later March 2023 for a family funeral memorial. As seniors we don't like to drive in unfamiliar cities or states. Enterprise picked us up at our motel to drive to their office at 1340 Duckwood Dr, Eagan MN. When we were ready to depart for home they again picked us up at the motel to return the rental car. Manager Lewey and Marco were excellent, so friendly and accommodating. We would definitely use this branch of Enterprise without hesitation. Since we have family near St. Paul, we may well be there again. We only used the car the day of the memorial service, but it was great knowing it was there for emergency trips. The car was clean and well maintained. Well Done, Enterprise.

Great customer service, but unfortunately it does not make up for my terrible experience with the car they provided me.Worst experience with Enterprise I have ever had! I used my free night credit for this, which turned out to be a total disaster.1 - I received a Nissan Maxima without a piece of plastic that fits between the door and the windshield. It was blowing air inside of the car and was extremely loud. it made the car very unstable during the wind conditions. The wind blowing also drove me nuts!2 - The plastic underneath the bumper was broken and fell off while I was driving on the highway! It was a clear risk of a collision. I tried to fix it but had no luck, I barely made it to the closest city to get the car replaced.3 - the new car that I received was not serviced in ages. Breaks had to be replaced, they were squeaky and the car had several active alerts informing me that I could not drive and that the car needed to be serviced!They adjusted and refunded me $43 - WOW, an amazing service recovery for the rental that could easily result in a collision. I am your platinum member and I rent a lot from Enterprise. This kind of experience has ruined all my loyalty. I also called the escalation team 5 TIMES and nobody has ever called me back to follow up.

The company I work for has us use enterprise when we need rental cars, and I have heard some horror stories from co-workers renting from other enterprise locations and I am so thankful that I found the Eagan location and live 5 minutes away. I’ve rented from this location on several occasions and have had a great experience every time. Their customer service is refreshing and I appreciate their authenticity. If you are deciding where to rent from, I would recommend this location.

Phenomenal experience! The manager Lewey made the rental process seamless and genuinely pleasant. He was super down to earth, professional and efficient.I always expect something like needing to rent a vehicle to be a headache, it couldn’t have been simpler or more clear.HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location if the need arises!
