I always enjoy Eddie Bauer, the window signs always entice me to venture inside with promises of great sales - "50% off Everything!"Of course when I get inside and the original prices were so high that 50% is hardly an outlet bargain, I have to admit I'm a little disappointed. I still love the store, but I rarely purchase anything.

Run of the mill outlet. No big savings. Tough to find outlets of old where you actually got over stock discontinued apparel.

I came here yesterday to buy a winter coat and am really happy with my purchase. Lots of variety in the styles and sizes of clothes available. Service was top-notch: the salesperson I talked with (I believe his name was Adam—an Eddie Bauer veteran) was super attentive and helped me to make sure I was getting a superb coat for my needs at a great price.

Love the product and the deals! My only feedback would be that we shopped for about an hour and nobody approached us to help, and then the line for checkout got really long while one employee chatted with a customer who had already made their purchase. Otherwise great place for outdoor clothing!

Cheap product and poor customer service, within 1 year jacket is ripping apart, and customers service can not do anything.

Holy deals!I got 2 pairs of shorts, a a pair of pants, and a shirt for $50. It is incredibly cheap compared to other Eddie stores with the same great quality. You have to stop at this store if you are ever at this outlet mall. So many great options, extremely friendly staff, and a whole lot of deals will come your way. I am a beyond happy customer. Again could not Express how happy I am with my experience. I will definitely be back and will be bringing all of my friends to jump on these amazing deals.10/10 would recommend and they just made a new loyal customer!
