Love this Kindercare. My child has been enrolled since Infant and is now in the toddler rooms. She clearly loves going to her classroom and her teachers, especially Cindy, Ella, and Amber. Their app to send updates is awesome. No complaints about any of the teachers, they all are great. Caity the director and Jenny the assistant director have been easy to contact and have been flexible if there were changes to pick up or drop off. My kiddo learns a lot here and I get updates with conferences. As a family member of someone who did home daycare I am so impressed with this center and can't imagine my kiddo elsewhere.

After 2+ years here my husband and I still love this daycare in Eagan! Caity, the director, hires great staff who truly care and listen to a parent's needs and wishes. We have had only positive experiences in every classroom our kids have been in. Your kids are lucky if they get to spend the day with Rebecca, Morgan, Erin, Ella, Cindy, Amber, Jaylen or Briana (can’t call out enough of the great staff). We feel comfortable and reassured we are leaving our daughter and now son in good hands at every drop off. The activities cover everything from cognitive development, creative expression, executive function and to kid friendly history lessons. If you are a new parent looking for a great daycare, I highly recommend trying them out. The KinderCare app is a big bonus as well - it's user friendly and we look forward to the daily updates for food entries, toilet entries , nap schedules for the littles and pictures of whatever fun activity our kids may be doing that day.

We continue to love our experience with Eagan Cliff KinderCare. Both of my boys have been going since they were infants. My oldest is in kindergarten right now and his transition has been great - his teachers prepared him well both academically and socially. Teachers really care for the kids and my boys have found some amazing friends in the other kiddos that go there. Would highly recommend to any families looking for child care!

Our family loves this place! We have two young girls who are thriving thanks to their teachers and friends at this center. This center is a creative, happy, and safe place. A special thank you to Mrs. Caity (Center Director), you are a rock star, thank you for all that you do for us!

If I could I would rate it a 0. This place was good so I thought. I took my daughter out due to it not being safe. I expressed my concerns but nothing was taken into consideration. In the school age room Mr. Arius made kids do push-ups and hold there arms up for along time for punishment. Then when I took my daughter out the director and higher up told me that I would not be charged but I kept getting emails that I was charged. I emailed the director caity but no reply. Now I get texts how it went to debt collections. I don't know how anyone can do this to a family that they say they care so much about. This center doesn't care about there families. They just care about making a penny. Worst center I have ever had my daughter in.

I have been with this center for 13 years.All 3 of my children have grown up inthe center and have enjoyed their time there.Caity and her team are absolutely amazing!Mrs Anu has transitioned 2 of my children into school age over the years and did a wonderful job preparing them for Kindergarten ?The teachers there are personable, and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do!I would recommend this center to any of my friends and family!!

I will forever take my kids here. The center director caity is beyond amazing and understanding she has helped me and my boys when we were having issues with our account and always checked in to see if we needed further assistance she has always been understanding when my family was going through rough times and has always been there to help. The staff is AMAZING! We love jenny! When my youngest first started I would always have to carry him inside while he cried and my heart broke Everytime, it was a new transition for him (change and transitions are understandably hard for him) and it was hard for him to be away from me. BUT Jenny was there for him daily and made him feel cared for and safe! Due to her care My little guy is now able to confidently walk into kindercare with no issues Knowing he is safe and loved! Thank you for helping him be so successfulI here ❤️ I will forever be grateful for the hard work and dedication everyone does here at kindercare ❤️ thank you for all that you do!

I was going to withdraw my son from the Eagan cliff center and I sent a message ONE MONTH in advance telling the two possible dates on which I was going to withdraw my son. It was later confirmed VERBALLY and my son's belongings were removed from the institution…then I received a charge and when I contacted the center they told me not to present it in writing but the they were informed verbally the HOLE WEEK and two possible dates had previously been left written, it was easy for them to take the last one even if my son did not attend, now we are being charged with a service that we did not take and they did not give us a solution..

Since 2019 my family has been at this location! This location is a family with us. I have 4 boys and this is the best center I have had in the past 20 years. My littles boy has the most professional teachers, they care and pay attention to details! Caity the director is the best in this field. She cares so much, you can see the hard work she puts in daily. Knows all of the parents and children’s names and talks to me daily! My son goes to kindergarten this fall and he is set up for success! Ms. Katie, Ms. Anu, Ms. Ella, Ms. Rebeca, Mr. Argus, Ms Jenny, Ms. Amari and the rest of the team are amazing. You wont regret joining this center, they go above and beyond.

What a wonderful center! My daughter started in the infant program September last year and has not stop thriving since! She is talking so much more, happy to go see her friend ‘Kota daily and gets amazing care from all her teachers! The director Caity, Amari and Jenny know all of the kids. They all have their heart and soul into the center and you can tell!

DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD HERE‼‼‼ I completely regret trusting my child with them. The Center Director Katie is just a friendly face to get you to enroll and make promises that can't be fulfilled to get your money. The teachers legit just work as if it as just a 9-5 job and have no regards to actually teaching or caring for the children which I'm sure half of them have no type of degree to show for it anyways. I have had multiple incidents with teachers getting and and snatching from my 3 year old and making him uncomfortable I would give zero stars if I could. Don't let them trick you into enrolling. You are better off trying a different daycare.. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!

I love that they all really seem excited to see my kids, they listen to my concerns and address them quickly. I honestly feel like my kids are so welcome and their specific needs are met. Katie, Amari, Janelle, Karlee, Carlee Amber, Kya, Ella, Kirsten, and so many other teachers there really are amazing with the kids. They really try to buckle down on germs & safety, being a particularly picky parent this really makes things great

I absolutely LOVE this daycare. It’s clean, organized, decorated nice, they have great lunch options, and my daughter has such a great time everyday. I know she is treated amazing by her teachers, she has such a close bond with everybody and so do I. I highly recommend, it’s a wonderful place to send your kids.
