This is the worst CVS I have ever gone to. I've had my prescriptions filled here for 2 years now and have finally admitted defeat. They NEVER answer the phone so when they call your doctor to ask for updates to a prescription, they claim the doctor respond; the fact is they never answer. The drive through is rarely open. When you go inside, they treat customers with disrespect and appear to be busy so you wait. While you wait, you witness them refusing to answer the calls coming in. Prescription pill counts are generally off. If you request a refill one day early, they put the prescription on hold in the app leaving you with only one option (because they won't answer the phone), you have to go the store and wait in line with everyone else who can't reach them by phone or the app. Find another CVS, this one is pure hell to deal with. If I could give them a negative rating, I would.

Worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been too! Waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru, finally went inside because they were only helping customers inside, when I got in, they were only helping customers in the drive-thru and had to wait another 10 minutes.

I have never had so many issues with a pharmacy. Never have meds in stock, don't let you know until you try to pickup at the texted estimated pick up time. Just a total goat rodeo of a place, get your meds filled anywhere else but here.

Absolutely worthless pharmacy. About 2 years ago, they changed my prescription to another manufacturer. I had a reaction to the new one, so we switched back to the old one. Now my file has a note in it to make sure they use the old manufacturer. 7 times in a row they screwed that up and gave me the wrong one. Today, they got that part right but they put 30 only 30 pills in the bottle instead of the 90 like it says on both the receipt and the bottle. Now I have been on hold for over 90 minutes waiting for someone to help me get this fixed. I'm done here.

10:00am appt at minute clinic scheduled in advance...they were behind schedule by half hour with lame excuse indicating they operate like an urgent care so some appointments run longer...then call yourselves urgent care vs "minute" clinic so people can plan accordingly. Horrible service and attitudes.

Terribly run pharmacy and the store itself is even worse. Finally had enough and transferred my rx out of there. Not sure the next pharmacy will be better but you literally couldn't pay me to walk into this store again or use their "drive thru" again. Please save yourself the headache if you're shopping for a new pharmacy and avoid this one.

Not sure the next pharmacy will be better but you literally couldn't pay me to walk into this store again or use their "drive thru" again. Please save yourself the headache if you're shopping for a new pharmacy and avoid this one.

This place is horrible. I wish I could never come back, but thanks to their monopoly deal that for some reason is allowed to happen with Optum, I HAVE to go to this stupid pharmacy. Every time I have gone it has been 20/30 minutes to get my meds.On top of that, their drive through is NEVER open, even when 4/5 people are on staff. Walgreens can do it with 1 person, whats your problem CVS? And they are SLOW. 3 people in line is easily a 30 minute venture. I just walked out of there after seeing the line at 5 people inside. No one was helping them, all the staff was busy dealing with whatever they were doing. I said screw this and walked out.Walgreens I can be in an out in 5 minutes, almost every time. But Nope.. can't use them anymore. Screw you CVS.

Waited over an hour on the phone trying to talk to a pharmacist. Still no answer. Drive up has been closed for days. After all this, medications not available, back order, and unable to transfer to other store. Have been without meds for 10 days now.

I love how this Pharmacy has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever! Unprofessional demeanor throughout and the pharmacists has either lost control or promotes poor behavior in the workplace. When I went inside last week they were talking about hanging up on people. Today, I've been hung up on 3 times. The pick up and immediately hang up!

Terrible customer service again and again. It has progressively gotten worse as the years have passed and yet because of location I continue to try. After this last visit I am done. Manager refused to honor a sale price for a sign hung a day in advance and expected me to read the fine print on a bold lettered sale sign. My opinion is don't hang the sign until it is effective, if you can't make an exception. The same day the pharmacy proved frustraing as after waiting a few minutes in line I was told they'd closed 10 minutes earlier and would have to come back the next day. The gate was up and others were in line ahead of me. Would not be surprised if this location closed due to lack of employees interested in taking care of loyal customers. Do better CVS

Was on hold for over an hour and didnt reach anyone, called again, was put on hold for another 38 minutes before giving up. This is a corporate brick and Mortar. They NEED MORE PHARMACISTS ON STAFF. this is getting ridiculous. in any event they need a system for call back.

Slowest pharmacy!!! Plus they close 1:30pm -2pm. So I've been waiting since 10am when the doctor faxed over the prescription. Walked in around 12:45pm to expedite it. Shopped to kill time. Now there's a gate all around the pharmacy. There's at least 6 staff inside. Now after waiting, they are out of stock and want me to drive somewhere else! Update: drove to another cvs they claimed had stock. Nope wasted my time. The Lakeville location tried calling Eagan but noone picked up the phone.
