Worst service ever!! No line and I stood there for at least 7 minutes before anyone helped me in the pharmacy. There were 4 people working back there. They had no money in drawers and no receipt paper. Had to wait another 7 minutes before someone came with the stuff. This place is the most unorganized pharmacy I have ever been too. Stay away from them if possible.

Called to provide my updated insurance information. After explaining it three times on the phone and a seven minute phone call later (I was out on hold while they checked out other customers) I am told to come in and present the info due to short staffing.
You could’ve told me that seven minutes earlier and saved us both a headache. Customer service is very poor, I may cancel my refill and go to another location/pharmacy altogether.

I hate having to use this place due to insurance. Pharmacist threatened not to serve me when I called them out on errors, hanging up on calls holding, etc. They claimed my daughter didn't have coverage cause they spelled her name wrong and tried to charge $280 for her adhd meds. When a nice employee (yay!) started her shift, he scolded her for explaining what the next delay would be. Whoever the male pharmacist is, he should be fired. Terrible person that hates people and has no interest in helping anyone. In the end, even the kind woman couldn't find my daughters insurance in the computer and we walked away empty handed. Im so angry!!!!!!

Really, really understaffed a lot of the time, especially in the pharmacy - you can usually expect a line of five or more people waiting there. Plus, the prices aren't great, and they have way too many locked-up items. Basically I'm saying only go there if you need to, such as if you live in the area and need some medicine.

This is the worst CVS I have ever gone to. I've had my prescriptions filled here for 2 years now and have finally admitted defeat. They NEVER answer the phone so when they call your doctor to ask for updates to a prescription, they claim the doctor respond; the fact is they never answer. The drive through is rarely open. When you go inside, they treat customers with disrespect and appear to be busy so you wait. While you wait, you witness them refusing to answer the calls coming in. Prescription pill counts are generally off. If you request a refill one day early, they put the prescription on hold in the app leaving you with only one option (because they won't answer the phone), you have to go the store and wait in line with everyone else who can't reach them by phone or the app. Find another CVS, this one is pure hell to deal with. If I could give them a negative rating, I would.

Worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been too! Waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru, finally went inside because they were only helping customers inside, when I got in, they were only helping customers in the drive-thru and had to wait another 10 minutes.

Couldn’t find a product on the shelf, waited in long line to ask pharmacy department. Got there and she said I can’t help you. Stand in aisle and wait for an associate. Waited some more and finally associate came and said, “we’re out”. Heading to Walgreens like I should have done. I never have a good experience at this CVS. :(

I have never had so many issues with a pharmacy. Never have meds in stock, don't let you know until you try to pickup at the texted estimated pick up time. Just a total goat rodeo of a place, get your meds filled anywhere else but here.

Absolutely worthless pharmacy. About 2 years ago, they changed my prescription to another manufacturer. I had a reaction to the new one, so we switched back to the old one. Now my file has a note in it to make sure they use the old manufacturer. 7 times in a row they screwed that up and gave me the wrong one. Today, they got that part right but they put 30 only 30 pills in the bottle instead of the 90 like it says on both the receipt and the bottle. Now I have been on hold for over 90 minutes waiting for someone to help me get this fixed. I'm done here.

10:00am appt at minute clinic scheduled in advance...they were behind schedule by half hour with lame excuse indicating they operate like an urgent care so some appointments run longer...then call yourselves urgent care vs "minute" clinic so people can plan accordingly. Horrible service and attitudes.

Terribly run pharmacy and the store itself is even worse. Finally had enough and transferred my rx out of there. Not sure the next pharmacy will be better but you literally couldn't pay me to walk into this store again or use their "drive thru" again. Please save yourself the headache if you're shopping for a new pharmacy and avoid this one.

This place is horrible. I wish I could never come back, but thanks to their monopoly deal that for some reason is allowed to happen with Optum, I HAVE to go to this stupid pharmacy. Every time I have gone it has been 20/30 minutes to get my meds.On top of that, their drive through is NEVER open, even when 4/5 people are on staff. Walgreens can do it with 1 person, whats your problem CVS? And they are SLOW. 3 people in line is easily a 30 minute venture. I just walked out of there after seeing the line at 5 people inside. No one was helping them, all the staff was busy dealing with whatever they were doing. I said screw this and walked out.Walgreens I can be in an out in 5 minutes, almost every time. But Nope.. can't use them anymore. Screw you CVS.
