Really, really understaffed a lot of the time, especially in the pharmacy - you can usually expect a line of five or more people waiting there. Plus, the prices aren't great, and they have way too many locked-up items. Basically I'm saying only go there if you need to, such as if you live in the area and need some medicine.

Incompetent pharmacist! I called several times and no one answers the phone
I stopped and they are all sitting around!
I moved all my prescriptions!

Worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been too! Waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru, finally went inside because they were only helping customers inside, when I got in, they were only helping customers in the drive-thru and had to wait another 10 minutes.
