We are really close to this grocery store so it's great in terms of convenience but I have found that after shopping around they are not the most convenient in terms of price. which is surprising considering the inside aesthetic gives you the impression that they might be budget friend. Everyone is usually always friendly. At the time of this post, while I can get a half gallon of Creamer at other locations for roughly $5, this Cub foods sells the same at nearly $7-$11. And corn chips are something we love in my house so finding them at $2 a bag is a score, but this location you can average about $3 when they're on sale, otherwise look for $5-$7. As everyone knows every little penny counts, so unfortunately I try to avoid shopping here when I can simply due to the pricing index. I wish the inside of the store was a little more aesthetically pleasing. Otherwise the employees are always friendly and they are 24/7 which is also nice if you are in a pinch.They did just install Tesla Superchargers in the back of the parking lot so that's a plus if you're an EV owner!

The pharmacist there was unfriendly and kind of rude. The girls working there were alright though.

Because they waited 3 days to call my doctor for a refill for meds I can have seizures without I’m now going to have to wait at least 5 days. If I die from a seizure you likely will be held liable for negligence. Update tried to get this handled and Wade hung up on me. This pharmacy should be shut down immediately.

I've been using this pharmacy for years, but the last few months the customer service has fallen. Employees are rude, and allow customers to wait at the drive through while their prescription is being filled, sometimes up to a half hour. They should be made to pull aside so that other people can be helped.

Good regular cub foods. Staff is low after 8pm but you can get fresh veggies. Not a bad store

PHARMACY: Heather, one of the pharmacy techs, is an absolute charming gal who is always bright and eager to be helpful! Heather does an outstanding job and goes above and beyond her call of duty. The other staff there bully her and power-trip on her that they have seniority or a title that supposedly holds more authority on her. The other staff give fake names so when you report them then they can say that there is nobody employed there by that fake name! That right there should tell you what kind of business they are attempting to run! Maria, Heather's supervisor, has got serious narcissism issues! She's rude as all hell( negative tone and general overall dismissive attitude), stuck on herself that she is a supervisor (she'll mention is numerous times at the same time interrupting you, raising her voice at you and then accusing you of it when you respond in the same volume as her!) and doesn't have any intentions on resolving any conflicts. That whole department needs an overhaul of staff to get rid of all the shity employees who have terrible customer service skills (regardless of Title!). But keep Heather. Heather needs to own all of the staff's asses over there! Heather has far more superiority over any of those pukes who call themselves pharmacy professionals at this location!! Great job, Heather! You deserve a better work environment than having to put up with those pieces of shit you work with now! And yes, I am taking my business elsewhere... but not before I warn other people how horrible those staff are at CUB WEST PHARMACY. Except Heather... goodness will always have victory over the bad ones. You keep it up, Heather. You are going to be very successful in the future with your people skills! You will soon far exceed the rankings of these Peons who now call themselves "your superiors"! Pffffft!! That place is a total shit show!! I wouldn't have given this place even ONE STAR, if it weren't for Heather!

I have been going here for years and Wade is an excellent pharmacist and most of the staff is extremely helpful. Recently - due to circumstances outside of the pharmacies direct control - A lot of problems have been occurring when trying to fill prescriptions. The disappointment lies in that the pharmacy doesn't help mitigate those shortfalls. For example if The pharmacy is unable to fill your prescription they won't alert you. You just kind of have to find out on your own and then make arrangements to actually obtain your medicine. Normally - at least in the past - The protocol would be to alert the patient that we were unable to fill it due to such and such... Not the case anymore. So in terms of access and cleanliness and being well lit absolutely it's a good space but when it comes to customer service by certain individuals there are some definite opportunities for improvement.

First time at this Cub store! Very nice friendly employees! Very clean store! Great fried chicken in the deli! Love the layout of this Cub! easy to shop in
