You guys are a joke if you think I’m going to give a third party company my social security number to find out my work history I gave the lady on the phone my whole social number and she said she couldn’t tell me that info because she didn’t know if it was me or not lol what she want me to do bend over and show her a tattoo and some scars. Cub is a joke they said once they would help me with a dental bill so I went to the dentist then they said they couldn’t help me because I wasn’t a full time employee. They called me and asked me to work for them. I worked 40 hours a week. They made me sign paperwork stating that I was a part time employee and said if i didn’t sign it that I would be fired. They are a joke don’t work for them and if you got stock in them sell it. Don’t do business with cub. Shop at Aldi there prices are half the cost.

I'd rather pay more for groceries at a clean store than look at the scanner during checkout and wanna vomit because of how filthy it is. You can do better than that! Disgusting ?

Bad experience bought a one pound of generic brand honey turkey lunch meat . Got home made a sandwich when my son bit into sandwhich and said it is icky. I looked between the pile of meat and was moldy. I looked at the packaging and it was expired by 13 days. My son had stomach ache for two days. Pay attention please and rotate ur product.

I moved here 6 months ago, Cub -West in eagan MN has been great! Ordering online is so easy for pickup, Hailie did an order for me today and was phenomenal! Great communication!

The experience I had with Olivia in the deli meat section warrants a 1 for her unprofessional and rude behavior. When I approached she was leaning over glued to her personal cell phone. No employee should be allowed to use their cell phone while working the floor in front of customers. When she finally noticed that I needed help she looked up at me and said “What?” Stunned, I said I need a pound of meat sliced. She replied “There is precut meat over there.” And pointed to where I should pick up half pound precut meat. That is not what I wanted. When I explained that I needed a specific meat she rolled her eyes and slowly proceeded to slice the meat while ignoring me and talking to her coworker. Completely unacceptable. She should not be around customers.On the total opposite spectrum, Cynthia at checkout is an absolute doll. She is very friendly and goes out of her way to be helpful. She is kind and you guys need 100 Cynthia’s. Get rid of Olivia and hire more Cynthia’s.

Cub foods is pretty consistent.. I found everything I was looking for in all the usual places.. I enjoyed my shopping experience..
