So thankful for a local company that knows how to communicate with their clients and help ensure the end product matches what we were looking for. We've worked with Copyright Printing a few times now and they've been amazing to work with. Great communication, easy to work with, delivers on time and they go above and beyond. When something wasn't a great fit for them they went out of their way to find us a different option with someone else, that's outstanding customer service!

Having worked with this great firm since 1985, I can attest to their consistently excellent work and especially their knowledgeable, helpful, and patient team members. Whether a big or small company/order, they respond quickly and respectfully and do their best to meet customer needs. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Made hundreds of packets for me on very thin transparently paper at about 40% darkness. I explained these packets go directly into my customers hands and this quality is not a good representation of my company. The images were 1/2 gone - half the intended viewable images were missing and the print was so light it had zero pop! They claimed they couldn’t figure it out. They couldn’t figure out the copy machine???? Took a month because they don’t call to let you know it’s ready… Fed ex can do it in a day. Asked for better paper and copies that I could actually see the print. They became totally confused. And NONE of their paper samples came even close to what I’ve been using for 15 years. They showed me all possibilities for copy paper quality but apparently they don’t carry 24lb laser which most places refer to as “the standard”. This place only has really thin rough paper similar to what you use to grab cookies at the supermarket. Thought I’d try a local small business and these guys apparently are very new to the industry as the entire process was beyond their understanding. They also couldn’t come up with a hard proof copy in a week. One entire week and nobody could walk over to the copier and press the copy button. WHAT??!! Then they LOST my master copies after they told me in person they would correct it. Two people looked it all over and sent me home claiming they had everything they needed after they checked and double checked. They called a few days later claiming they couldn’t find master copies I had left them (1st and only call ever). They lost them so I brought more master copies. Then they claimed to email me but no - I never received any emails and they never attempted to call me. I now have a rush issue on my hands and I explained that to three people (1 in person and two via email) so KNOWING it was a rush ..and by rush I am talking three days. I emailed two people in the office and got nothing back. The other inconvenient thing is no matter who I have ever spent time with explaining what it is that needs to be done, that person is never in the office the next day. They all work weird times and hours and apparently they don’t talk to each other. The last guy I spoke with was yelling at me on the phone and he was trying to get my email and phone number because after being a customer there for several months he still didn’t have my phone number which is hilarious because my phone number is on the papers they are trying to copying. It’s HUGE on the first page - so obviously they never did anything after the first totally botched effort. Total waste of time as there is zero industry knowledge here or accountability. NEVER EVER GO HERE.

They did a spectacular job on my Grandmother's funeral program, and at a price that would have made her smile! Very helpful, responsive to my questions, and just nice people to boot. I can't recommend them enough for your large printing needs.
