I’m really confused on why a mechanic with limited number bays needs to hog 40-60 public parking spaces and enforce towing. I could understand reserving 15-20, but that ridiculous. I know so many people that will not come to this shop just for that.

Used Car Care quite a few times now. Their quotes are accurate as is there timeliness of when the work gets completed. Mike and Jason are great to work with, good people. Will for sure be a go-to car place for us.

I can't possibly speak more highly of this place. As a younger woman they always treat me with respect and kindness. In general their prices are great and they guarantee all their work. No matter how far away I live I ALWAYS insist on bringing my car HERE because they're who I trust. Thanks guys for all your hard work on my little black kia!

On a Wednesday before Thanksgiving, my truck would not turn over and I had zero idea what the issue was. I had my truck towed here as it was close to where I lived.
Mike was very friendly and very upfront during my initial phone call , and informed me that it would be a couple days before he would be able to diagnose the problem, which I understood it being a holiday weekend. He calls me a few hours later and tells me the issue and what would need to be done. Mike was very accurate with his cost estimate and I had my truck back and running in 2 days time. When I went to go pick up my truck , the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and took the time to come out to my truck and show me everything they did.
I cannot recommend this shop enough! Will be back soon for all my vehicle care needs.
