We built a great business relationship with Cadan Technologies but after 8 years of work together Cadan was purchased by private equity firm Futuris Company in 2022. As a result Cadan quickly lost their best staff and leadership. Our largest client grew very frustrated at the lack of support from Cadan which put a significant burden of responsibility on our company. We continue to have trouble seeking follow through on our requests and both the Cadan and Futuris Company leadership team are making no effort to resolve our outstanding issues, I would not recommend doing business with Cadan.

I seldom write online reviews, but Cadan Technolgies and specfically Dylan the technican provided such a painless and great expericne I had to share. I have a Lenovo laptop that I dropped and the touchpad popped out of place. I looked on the Lenovo website for an authorized service center, they were the closest to me. I went in and he fixed it in less than 15 minutes. I'll definalty go back for any repairs to my lenovo devices

If you're looking for a true partner in creating and maintaining a top-of-the-line website, Jen and Cadan are a great pick! Jen's very accessible and takes on my priorities and concerns as her own. Not only do we have a beautiful, ADA-compliant website now, we also have a web team that's ready to assist me with any question I encounter. Jen's even gone above and beyond by offering guidance with tricky social media situations. I'm grateful to have her in my corner!
